Šibenka je smijenila i drugog trenera ove sezone. Nakon Damira Milačića, s klupe Narančastih otišao je i njegov nasljednik Josip Pandža.

Kako su u ponedjeljak objavili iz kluba s Baldekina s bosansko- hercegovačkim trenerom postignut je sporazumni raskid ugovora, a momčad će do kraja sezone voditi dosadašnji pomoćnik Petar Maleš.

Razlog smjene su loši rezultati, budući da je Šibenka u nizu od osam poraza u domaćem prvenstvu čime je ozbiljno dovela u pitanje plasman u play off.

Evo što je o novoj smjeni na Baldekinu kazao Ante Nakić, predsjednik kluba:

-Nakon niza loših rezultata Uprava kluba je sjela s trenerom vidjeti što napraviti i kako dalje. Nažalost, zajednički smo došli do zaključka kako je u ovom trenutku najbolje da napravimo sporazumni raskid ugovora. Josip Pandža više nije trener Šibenke, a momčad će do kraja sezone voditi Petar Maleš.

Trener s ekipom nije uspio ostvariti koheziju koja se očekivala što se naročito vidjelo zadnje dvije utakmice. Iako situacija nije dobra, ne smijemo dozvoliti da se do kraja raspadnemo. Petar ima svu našu podršku i zajedno ćemo pokušati koliko je to u ovom trenutku moguće, sezonu mirno privesti kraju. Nećemo odustati od playoffa. Mislim da je to najmanje šta bi igrači trebali vratiti Klubu, da stisnu glave i shvate da igraju za klub velike tradicije i da je neprihvatljiv ovakav odnos. Na njima leži dio krivice jer pojedinačnom kvalitetom sigurno ne pripadaju mjestu na tablici na kojem se trenutno nalaze.

Za kraj bih zahvalio Josipu. On je pristao doći u po nas teškom trenutku, na roster koji ga je dočekao. Preuzeo je određeni rizik, nažalost na kraju nije ispalo dobro.

Mi nećemo odustati, stisnut ćemo se, završit sezonu, podvući crtu i kao Uprava vidjeti što i kako dalje- rekao je Nakić.

Oproštajne riječi uputio je i Pandža:

- Nosim sjajne uspomene iz Šibenika. Iz mog ugla gledanja, suradnja sa mojim asistentima, upravom kluba, igračima je bila odlična. To jest temperamentna sredina, ali meni je odgovarala. Mirno more svakako ne napravi vještog mornara. Neke minimalne, zacrtane ciljeve smo odradili vrlo brzo. Međutim, život trenera je rolerkoster. Na početku, vezali smo 5 pobjeda u hrvatskom prvenstvu, opstali u ABA 2 ligi. Nakon toga smo doživjeli seriju poraza i rastanak je bio neminovan.

Radio sam sa timom koji nisam birao i jedini žal je to da nisam dočekao trenutak da sam izaberem tim. Šibenik je jedan od najvećih klubova sa ovih prostora. Dvije dobre utakmice i dvorana je puna, a atmosfera spektakularna. Čast mi je da sam bio dio kluba Dražena Petrovića. Igračima želim napredak, a klubu veliki broj pobjeda u budućnosti- istaknuo je sad već bivši trener Narančastih.

Petar Maleš koji je već drugi put ove sezone u ulozi v.d. trenera vodit će momčad već u utorak kada na Baldekin stiže Cibona:

- Čeka nas teška utakmica protiv Cibone. Ove sezone smo ih pobijedili u Zagrebu, oni su nas na Baldekinu. Mi smo u jednom negativnom nizu iz kojeg želimo izaći što prije da vratimo momcima samopouzdanje, a ono se najbolje i najlakše vraća s pobjedama. Sav respekt ekipi Cibone i njenim rezultatima ove sezone, ali mi jednostavno svaku iduću utakmicu idemo na pobjedu- kazao je Maleš.

Utakmica Šibenka-Cibona igra se u 20 sati, uz prijenos na Sportskoj televiziji.

Šibenka je smijenila i drugog trenera ove sezone. Nakon Damira Milačića, s klupe Narančastih otišao je i njegov nasljednik Josip Pandža.

Kako su u ponedjeljak objavili iz kluba s Baldekina s bosansko- hercegovačkim trenerom postignut je sporazumni raskid ugovora, a momčad će do kraja sezone voditi dosadašnji pomoćnik Petar Maleš.

Razlog smjene su loši rezultati, budući da je Šibenka u nizu od osam poraza u domaćem prvenstvu čime je ozbiljno dovela u pitanje plasman u play off.

Evo što je o novoj smjeni na Baldekinu kazao Ante Nakić, predsjednik kluba:

-Nakon niza loših rezultata Uprava kluba je sjela s trenerom vidjeti što napraviti i kako dalje. Nažalost, zajednički smo došli do zaključka kako je u ovom trenutku najbolje da napravimo sporazumni raskid ugovora. Josip Pandža više nije trener Šibenke, a momčad će do kraja sezone voditi Petar Maleš.

Trener s ekipom nije uspio ostvariti koheziju koja se očekivala što se naročito vidjelo zadnje dvije utakmice. Iako situacija nije dobra, ne smijemo dozvoliti da se do kraja raspadnemo. Petar ima svu našu podršku i zajedno ćemo pokušati koliko je to u ovom trenutku moguće, sezonu mirno privesti kraju. Nećemo odustati od playoffa. Mislim da je to najmanje šta bi igrači trebali vratiti Klubu, da stisnu glave i shvate da igraju za klub velike tradicije i da je neprihvatljiv ovakav odnos. Na njima leži dio krivice jer pojedinačnom kvalitetom sigurno ne pripadaju mjestu na tablici na kojem se trenutno nalaze.

Za kraj bih zahvalio Josipu. On je pristao doći u po nas teškom trenutku, na roster koji ga je dočekao. Preuzeo je određeni rizik, nažalost na kraju nije ispalo dobro.

Mi nećemo odustati, stisnut ćemo se, završit sezonu, podvući crtu i kao Uprava vidjeti što i kako dalje- rekao je Nakić.

Oproštajne riječi uputio je i Pandža:

- Nosim sjajne uspomene iz Šibenika. Iz mog ugla gledanja, suradnja sa mojim asistentima, upravom kluba, igračima je bila odlična. To jest temperamentna sredina, ali meni je odgovarala. Mirno more svakako ne napravi vještog mornara. Neke minimalne, zacrtane ciljeve smo odradili vrlo brzo. Međutim, život trenera je rolerkoster. Na početku, vezali smo 5 pobjeda u hrvatskom prvenstvu, opstali u ABA 2 ligi. Nakon toga smo doživjeli seriju poraza i rastanak je bio neminovan.

Radio sam sa timom koji nisam birao i jedini žal je to da nisam dočekao trenutak da sam izaberem tim. Šibenik je jedan od najvećih klubova sa ovih prostora. Dvije dobre utakmice i dvorana je puna, a atmosfera spektakularna. Čast mi je da sam bio dio kluba Dražena Petrovića. Igračima želim napredak, a klubu veliki broj pobjeda u budućnosti- istaknuo je sad već bivši trener Narančastih.

Petar Maleš koji je već drugi put ove sezone u ulozi v.d. trenera vodit će momčad već u utorak kada na Baldekin stiže Cibona:

- Čeka nas teška utakmica protiv Cibone. Ove sezone smo ih pobijedili u Zagrebu, oni su nas na Baldekinu. Mi smo u jednom negativnom nizu iz kojeg želimo izaći što prije da vratimo momcima samopouzdanje, a ono se najbolje i najlakše vraća s pobjedama. Sav respekt ekipi Cibone i njenim rezultatima ove sezone, ali mi jednostavno svaku iduću utakmicu idemo na pobjedu- kazao je Maleš.

Utakmica Šibenka-Cibona igra se u 20 sati, uz prijenos na Sportskoj televiziji.
