Ništa od malog sportskog čuda u Draženovoj dvorani u Zagrebu. Ili, košarkaši Šibenke nisu uspjeli svladati favoriziranu Cibonu u poluzavršnici Kupa Krešimir Ćosić i zaigrati u finalu nekog natjecanja nakon punih 40 godina. Narančasti će se morati zadovoljiti lijepim uspjehom budući da su u polufinale Krešinog kupa ušli prvi put poslije 2000. godine, što znači da su ponovno prisutni tamo gdje im je i mjesto- prvi vrhu hrvatske košarke.

Tako u finalu kupa koje nosi ime po zadarskom velikanu neće biti dalmatinskog predstavnika, već će trofej podići netko od zagrebačkih klubova- Cibona po deveti put ili Cedevita Junior, koja je u drugom polufinalu svladala Dinamo, po osmi put.

Što se tiče sraza Narančastih i ‘vukova‘, trener Šibenke Damir Milačić tražio je od svoje ekipe da budu maksimalno rasterećeni zadovoljni svime dobrim što su uradili tijekom ove sezone.

Sudeći po početku susreta, Milačić je uspio opustiti svoje igrače. Startali su bez respekta prema ‘cibosima‘ i poveli (7:1), što je bio znak treneru ‘vukova‘ Sesaru da nakon manje od tri minute pozove minutu odmora.

Drugi Milačićev zahtjev je bio da mu momčad što duže drži utakmicu u egalu i po mogućnosti uđe u čim neizvjesniju završnicu. Taj plan vrlo brzo mu se izjalovio. Jer, izuzmemo li opisane uvodne minute, Cibona je vrlo brzo odvela utakmicu u željeni ritam i ‘razbila‘ Šibenku već u drugoj četvrtini.

Zadnji trzaj Šibenka je imala kada je Pleadin tricom i dugom dvojkom poravnao na (18:18). Potpuni slom Narančastih uslijedio je sredinom druge četvrtine. Kod minus devet (24:33) u probleme s osobnim greškama upao je centar Paić.

To je značilo da su Šibenčani sasvim ostali bez unutarnje igre, a i do tada su isuviše forsirali šut za tri poena koji ih nije služio. Naime, Šibenka je u prve tri minute susreta pogodila tri trice, da bi sljedećih 15 šuteva iza linije 6.75 promašilo cilj.

S druge strane, Cibona je imala odličnu šutersku večer te je Kapitalnu prednost (48:26) stekla relativno rano, već pred kraj druge četvrtine. Do odlaska na veliki odmor Šibenčani se uspjela malo približilti- na minus 16.

Međutim, svaku nadu Narančastih u eventualni ‘ludi‘ preokret Cibona je ubila serijom (12:0) na početku treće četvrtine.

U konačnici, Šibenčani su morali stisnuti ruku Zagrepčanima i priznati da su u ovom momentu kudikamo kvalitetnija momčad budući da su dobili i treću međusobnu utakmicu ove sezone.

- Apsolutno zaslužena pobjeda Cibone, u ovom trenutku su bolja momčad. Olako smo dopustili ovoliku razliku što malo baca mrlju na sve ono dobro što smo napravili u četvrtfinalu. Međutim, treba znati da je Cibona momčad koja nama najmanje paše. Ipak, naglasio bih da do kraja sezone sa Šibenkom neće nikome biti lako, ne samo na Baldekinu nego i u gostima- kazao je Damir Milačić, trener Šibenke.

Ništa od malog sportskog čuda u Draženovoj dvorani u Zagrebu. Ili, košarkaši Šibenke nisu uspjeli svladati favoriziranu Cibonu u poluzavršnici Kupa Krešimir Ćosić i zaigrati u finalu nekog natjecanja nakon punih 40 godina. Narančasti će se morati zadovoljiti lijepim uspjehom budući da su u polufinale Krešinog kupa ušli prvi put poslije 2000. godine, što znači da su ponovno prisutni tamo gdje im je i mjesto- prvi vrhu hrvatske košarke.

Tako u finalu kupa koje nosi ime po zadarskom velikanu neće biti dalmatinskog predstavnika, već će trofej podići netko od zagrebačkih klubova- Cibona po deveti put ili Cedevita Junior, koja je u drugom polufinalu svladala Dinamo, po osmi put.

Što se tiče sraza Narančastih i ‘vukova‘, trener Šibenke Damir Milačić tražio je od svoje ekipe da budu maksimalno rasterećeni zadovoljni svime dobrim što su uradili tijekom ove sezone.

Sudeći po početku susreta, Milačić je uspio opustiti svoje igrače. Startali su bez respekta prema ‘cibosima‘ i poveli (7:1), što je bio znak treneru ‘vukova‘ Sesaru da nakon manje od tri minute pozove minutu odmora.

Drugi Milačićev zahtjev je bio da mu momčad što duže drži utakmicu u egalu i po mogućnosti uđe u čim neizvjesniju završnicu. Taj plan vrlo brzo mu se izjalovio. Jer, izuzmemo li opisane uvodne minute, Cibona je vrlo brzo odvela utakmicu u željeni ritam i ‘razbila‘ Šibenku već u drugoj četvrtini.

Zadnji trzaj Šibenka je imala kada je Pleadin tricom i dugom dvojkom poravnao na (18:18). Potpuni slom Narančastih uslijedio je sredinom druge četvrtine. Kod minus devet (24:33) u probleme s osobnim greškama upao je centar Paić.

To je značilo da su Šibenčani sasvim ostali bez unutarnje igre, a i do tada su isuviše forsirali šut za tri poena koji ih nije služio. Naime, Šibenka je u prve tri minute susreta pogodila tri trice, da bi sljedećih 15 šuteva iza linije 6.75 promašilo cilj.

S druge strane, Cibona je imala odličnu šutersku večer te je Kapitalnu prednost (48:26) stekla relativno rano, već pred kraj druge četvrtine. Do odlaska na veliki odmor Šibenčani se uspjela malo približilti- na minus 16.

Međutim, svaku nadu Narančastih u eventualni ‘ludi‘ preokret Cibona je ubila serijom (12:0) na početku treće četvrtine.

U konačnici, Šibenčani su morali stisnuti ruku Zagrepčanima i priznati da su u ovom momentu kudikamo kvalitetnija momčad budući da su dobili i treću međusobnu utakmicu ove sezone.

- Apsolutno zaslužena pobjeda Cibone, u ovom trenutku su bolja momčad. Olako smo dopustili ovoliku razliku što malo baca mrlju na sve ono dobro što smo napravili u četvrtfinalu. Međutim, treba znati da je Cibona momčad koja nama najmanje paše. Ipak, naglasio bih da do kraja sezone sa Šibenkom neće nikome biti lako, ne samo na Baldekinu nego i u gostima- kazao je Damir Milačić, trener Šibenke.

Ništa od senzacije u Draženovom domu: Cibona opet prejaka za Šibenku

Ništa od malog sportskog čuda u Draženovoj dvorani u Zagrebu. Ili, košarkaši Šibenke nisu uspjeli svladati favoriziranu Cibonu u poluzavršnici Kupa Krešimir Ćosić i zaigrati u finalu nekog natjecanja nakon punih 40 godina. Narančasti će se morati zadovoljiti lijepim uspjehom budući da su u polufinale Krešinog kupa ušli prvi put poslije 2000. godine, što znači da su ponovno prisutni tamo gdje im je i mjesto- prvi vrhu hrvatske košarke.

Tako u finalu kupa koje nosi ime po zadarskom velikanu neće biti dalmatinskog predstavnika, već će trofej podići netko od zagrebačkih klubova- Cibona po deveti put ili Cedevita Junior, koja je u drugom polufinalu svladala Dinamo, po osmi put.

Što se tiče sraza Narančastih i ‘vukova‘, trener Šibenke Damir Milačić tražio je od svoje ekipe da budu maksimalno rasterećeni zadovoljni svime dobrim što su uradili tijekom ove sezone.

Sudeći po početku susreta, Milačić je uspio opustiti svoje igrače. Startali su bez respekta prema ‘cibosima‘ i poveli (7:1), što je bio znak treneru ‘vukova‘ Sesaru da nakon manje od tri minute pozove minutu odmora.

Drugi Milačićev zahtjev je bio da mu momčad što duže drži utakmicu u egalu i po mogućnosti uđe u čim neizvjesniju završnicu. Taj plan vrlo brzo mu se izjalovio. Jer, izuzmemo li opisane uvodne minute, Cibona je vrlo brzo odvela utakmicu u željeni ritam i ‘razbila‘ Šibenku već u drugoj četvrtini.
