Hoće li Jakov Bilić, glumac i sadašnji ravnatelj Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Šibeniku, ponovo biti izabran na tu funkciju bit će poznato do kraja tjedna. Tada bi se, naime, trebalo sastati novo Kazališno vijeće pod predsjedanjem vodičke glumice amaterke Anđele Fržop, a članovi kojeg su još i umirovljeni arheolog i potpredsjednik vijeća Marko Menđušić, fotograf Valentino Dražić Celić te glumica Franka Klarić i šef tehnike kazališta Frane Celić, izabrani iz redova kazališta.


Bilićeva kandidatura jedina je stigla do 3. siječnja kada je istekao rok za prijavu na natječaj za imenovanje novog ravnatelja/icu šibenskog teatra koji je bio raspisan sredinom prosinca i to godinu dana prije isteka Bilićeva mandata, jer je tako propisano Zakonom o kazalištima. Sljedećih dana pričekat će se kako bi se vidjelo hoće li još koja prijava pristići poštom, a onda će Kazališno donijeti svoju odluku.


Bilić je na čelo šibenskog teatra došao 22. prosinca 2019. godine nakon vrlo burne potrage za nasljednikom tadašnje ravnateljice Maje Trlaje koja se nije kandidirala za još jedan mandat. Šibenski HDZ na tom je mjestu priželjkivao Šibenčanina Srećka Šestana, pomoćnika nekadašnjeg ministra kulture Bože Biškupića, no njemu je daleko interesantnija bila funkcija intendanta splitskog HNK što je na kraju i postao. Šibenski teatar poželjela je voditi i likovna pedagoginja i voditeljica Centra za vizualnu kulturu Gradske knjižnice "Juraj Šižgorić" Zdenka Bilušić kojoj je bio sklon županijski HDZ, no natječaj na koji se ona tada jedina javila bio je poništen iz, kako je bilo objašnjeno, proceduralnih razloga. Bilićeva protukandidatkinja na ponovljenom natječaju kasnije je bila jedino dugogodišnja ravnateljica osječkog Dječjeg kazališta Jasminka Mesarić, ali je Kazališno vijeće svoj glas dalo šibenskom glumcu što je kasnije potvrdilo i Gradsko vijeće.

Na početku mandata Bilić je često isticao kako je upao u "kašetu brukava", budući da je, među ostalim, zatekao i dug od oko 2, 5 milijuna kuna koji je sada smanjen na oko 180 000 kuna, što smatra uspjehom s obzirom na koronu i uvjete rada te činjenicu da je kazalište, kao i sva u Hrvatskoj, neko vrijeme bilo zatvoreno, a nakon toga cijelu je godinu moglo raditi tek s 48 ljudi u publici što je tek jedna šestina ukupnog kapaciteta gledališta. Zbog korone, posebnog režima rada i posljedica koje je pandemija imala na kazališni život u Hrvatskoj, otkazanih suradnji i koiprodukcija, premijera i gostovanja, mnogi su Bilićevi planovi ipak ostali nerealizirani. Sve su to, kako je kazao, razlozi zbog kojih je odlučio ponovo se kandidirati.


-Moja ambicija da se javim za još jedan mandat je u činjenici da sam u protekle tri godine, jedva imao jednu normalnu godinu rada, onu 2019., prije pojave pandemije. Puno toga što sam planirao u poetsko-estetskom smislu nisam uspio napraviti, jer je situacija bila takva da smo morali opstati. Zato moja vizija razvoja kazališta sada nije drugačija od onoga što sam mislio napraviti u protekle četiri godine. Kao i kad je riječ o Međunarodnom dječjem festivalu gdje smo ove godine uspjeli da od 1, 5 milijun kuna festivalskog proračuna, milijun kuna ide na sam program. To je put kojim želimo ići, za razliku od situacije koja je bila prije nego sam postao ravnatelj kada je od 2, 5 milijuna kuna na festivalske programe išlo 400 000 kuna, a ostatak na samu organizaciju. Zadovoljan sam sa svakim projektom koji smo uspjeli ostvariti, ali mislim da ima još puno stvari u kojima sa svojim obrazovnim, glumačkim i umjetničkim habitusom mogu najviše dati – kazao je Bilić.

Hoće li Jakov Bilić, glumac i sadašnji ravnatelj Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Šibeniku, ponovo biti izabran na tu funkciju bit će poznato do kraja tjedna. Tada bi se, naime, trebalo sastati novo Kazališno vijeće pod predsjedanjem vodičke glumice amaterke Anđele Fržop, a članovi kojeg su još i umirovljeni arheolog i potpredsjednik vijeća Marko Menđušić, fotograf Valentino Dražić Celić te glumica Franka Klarić i šef tehnike kazališta Frane Celić, izabrani iz redova kazališta.


Bilićeva kandidatura jedina je stigla do 3. siječnja kada je istekao rok za prijavu na natječaj za imenovanje novog ravnatelja/icu šibenskog teatra koji je bio raspisan sredinom prosinca i to godinu dana prije isteka Bilićeva mandata, jer je tako propisano Zakonom o kazalištima. Sljedećih dana pričekat će se kako bi se vidjelo hoće li još koja prijava pristići poštom, a onda će Kazališno donijeti svoju odluku.


Bilić je na čelo šibenskog teatra došao 22. prosinca 2019. godine nakon vrlo burne potrage za nasljednikom tadašnje ravnateljice Maje Trlaje koja se nije kandidirala za još jedan mandat. Šibenski HDZ na tom je mjestu priželjkivao Šibenčanina Srećka Šestana, pomoćnika nekadašnjeg ministra kulture Bože Biškupića, no njemu je daleko interesantnija bila funkcija intendanta splitskog HNK što je na kraju i postao. Šibenski teatar poželjela je voditi i likovna pedagoginja i voditeljica Centra za vizualnu kulturu Gradske knjižnice "Juraj Šižgorić" Zdenka Bilušić kojoj je bio sklon županijski HDZ, no natječaj na koji se ona tada jedina javila bio je poništen iz, kako je bilo objašnjeno, proceduralnih razloga. Bilićeva protukandidatkinja na ponovljenom natječaju kasnije je bila jedino dugogodišnja ravnateljica osječkog Dječjeg kazališta Jasminka Mesarić, ali je Kazališno vijeće svoj glas dalo šibenskom glumcu što je kasnije potvrdilo i Gradsko vijeće.

Na početku mandata Bilić je često isticao kako je upao u "kašetu brukava", budući da je, među ostalim, zatekao i dug od oko 2, 5 milijuna kuna koji je sada smanjen na oko 180 000 kuna, što smatra uspjehom s obzirom na koronu i uvjete rada te činjenicu da je kazalište, kao i sva u Hrvatskoj, neko vrijeme bilo zatvoreno, a nakon toga cijelu je godinu moglo raditi tek s 48 ljudi u publici što je tek jedna šestina ukupnog kapaciteta gledališta. Zbog korone, posebnog režima rada i posljedica koje je pandemija imala na kazališni život u Hrvatskoj, otkazanih suradnji i koiprodukcija, premijera i gostovanja, mnogi su Bilićevi planovi ipak ostali nerealizirani. Sve su to, kako je kazao, razlozi zbog kojih je odlučio ponovo se kandidirati.


-Moja ambicija da se javim za još jedan mandat je u činjenici da sam u protekle tri godine, jedva imao jednu normalnu godinu rada, onu 2019., prije pojave pandemije. Puno toga što sam planirao u poetsko-estetskom smislu nisam uspio napraviti, jer je situacija bila takva da smo morali opstati. Zato moja vizija razvoja kazališta sada nije drugačija od onoga što sam mislio napraviti u protekle četiri godine. Kao i kad je riječ o Međunarodnom dječjem festivalu gdje smo ove godine uspjeli da od 1, 5 milijun kuna festivalskog proračuna, milijun kuna ide na sam program. To je put kojim želimo ići, za razliku od situacije koja je bila prije nego sam postao ravnatelj kada je od 2, 5 milijuna kuna na festivalske programe išlo 400 000 kuna, a ostatak na samu organizaciju. Zadovoljan sam sa svakim projektom koji smo uspjeli ostvariti, ali mislim da ima još puno stvari u kojima sa svojim obrazovnim, glumačkim i umjetničkim habitusom mogu najviše dati – kazao je Bilić.
