U organizaciji Muzeja grada Šibenika i Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda u Atriju muzeja predstavljena je stručno-znanstvena monografija "Mijoka" autorice Vesne Zmaić (Hrvatski restauratorski zavod). O knjizi su govorili mr. sc. Željko Krnčević, ravnatelj Muzeja grada Šibenika, dr. sc. Tajana Pleše, ravnateljica Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, dr. sc. Katarina Batur s Odjela za arheologiju Sveučilišta u Zadru, Marina Lambaša, urednica izdanja, viša kustosica u Muzeju grada Šibenika te autorica.

Prisutne je pozdravio Danijel Mileta, zamjenik gradonačelnika Šibenika, čestitavši autorici Vesni Zmaić i suradnicima na sustavnom i vrijednom radu oko izdavanja monografije. Također, i Muzeju grada Šibenika i Hrvatskom restauratorskom zavodu pod čijim je okriljem tiskana, s obzirom na značaj nalazišta u okvirima hrvatske i europske podvodne arheologije.

Istraživanje uskoka

Objavljivanje monografije koristit će stručnjacima iz raznih polja historiografskih interesa – od podvodnih arheologa koje zanimaju brodolomi istočnog Jadrana, povjesničara umjetnosti s posebnim zanimanjem za obrtničke proizvode 16. stoljeća, ekonomskih povjesničara koje zanima trgovina srednje Europe s Venecijom i preko nje s Osmanskim Carstvom, povjesničara koji istražuju uskoke kao i brojnih drugih. Monografija će svojom zanimljivom tematikom zasigurno privući i širu javnost.

Materijal za izdanje, kao i podvodno arheološko istraživanje i konzervatorsko-restauratorski radovi, inače, prezentirani su na izložbi početkom prošle godine (a nakon Šibenika, u Zadru i Jezerima, u muzejima u Puli, Dubrovniku, Koprivnici i Rovinju). Gostovanja izložbe, kao i promocije monografije planirani su i tijekom ove godine. Ogroman interes koji je izložba pobudila u stručnoj javnosti, kao i kod publike, sa svojim sjajno dizajniranim vizualnim identitetom, kao i nesvakidašnjim nalazima, obvezuje na nastavak promocije ovog nalazišta.

15.000 nalaza

Brodolom Mijoka podmorski je lokalitet uz otok Murter, nalazi se na dubini od 40 metara, a vrijedni predmeti pronađeni su kroz pet zaštitnih arheoloških kampanja od 2006. do 2012., pri čemu je istraženo područje od 96 četvornih metara. Brodolom Mijoka je iznimno važno arheološko otkriće. Arheološka istraživanja ovog brodoloma rezultirala su s više od 15.000 nalaza. Postoje indicije da se radilo o uskočkom brodu koji je prevozio dragocjene predmete, koje su uskoci oteli s brodova koji su prevozili luksuznu robu iz Venecije na Egejsko područje, a možda i u sam Istanbul. Predmeti svjedoče o širem povijesnom kontekstu uključujući i razgranatu trgovinu između srednje Europe, gdje je velik dio pronađenih predmeta izrađen, preko Venecije do Istanbula i drugih lučkih gradova Osmanskog Carstva.

Radi se, ističu u Muzeju grada Šibenika, o materijalu vezanom uz Nürnberg, obrtnički i inovacijski centar Europe druge polovice 16. stoljeća, te stakleni materijal iz Venecije, poput Murano perlica. Ostatak materijala predstavlja brodski inventar i osobne predmete posade i/ili putnika. Za pretpostaviti je da se brodolom dogodio početkom 17. stoljeća, a većina pronađenih predmeta datira u 16. stoljeće i sam početak 17. stoljeća.

U organizaciji Muzeja grada Šibenika i Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda u Atriju muzeja predstavljena je stručno-znanstvena monografija "Mijoka" autorice Vesne Zmaić (Hrvatski restauratorski zavod). O knjizi su govorili mr. sc. Željko Krnčević, ravnatelj Muzeja grada Šibenika, dr. sc. Tajana Pleše, ravnateljica Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, dr. sc. Katarina Batur s Odjela za arheologiju Sveučilišta u Zadru, Marina Lambaša, urednica izdanja, viša kustosica u Muzeju grada Šibenika te autorica.

Prisutne je pozdravio Danijel Mileta, zamjenik gradonačelnika Šibenika, čestitavši autorici Vesni Zmaić i suradnicima na sustavnom i vrijednom radu oko izdavanja monografije. Istraživanje uskoka

Objavljivanje monografije koristit će stručnjacima iz raznih polja historiografskih interesa – od podvodnih arheologa koje zanimaju brodolomi istočnog Jadrana, povjesničara umjetnosti s posebnim zanimanjem za obrtničke proizvode 16. stoljeća, ekonomskih povjesničara koje zanima trgovina srednje Europe s Venecijom i preko nje s Osmanskim Carstvom, povjesničara koji istražuju uskoke kao i brojnih drugih. Monografija će svojom zanimljivom tematikom zasigurno privući i širu javnost.

Materijal za izdanje, kao i podvodno arheološko istraživanje i konzervatorsko-restauratorski radovi, inače, prezentirani su na izložbi početkom prošle godine (a nakon Šibenika, u Zadru i Jezerima, u muzejima u Puli, Dubrovniku, Koprivnici i Rovinju). Gostovanja izložbe, kao i promocije monografije planirani su i tijekom ove godine. Ogroman interes koji je izložba pobudila u stručnoj javnosti, kao i kod publike, sa svojim sjajno dizajniranim vizualnim identitetom, kao i nesvakidašnjim nalazima, obvezuje na nastavak promocije ovog nalazišta.

15.000 nalaza

Brodolom Mijoka podmorski je lokalitet uz otok Murter, nalazi se na dubini od 40 metara, a vrijedni predmeti pronađeni su kroz pet zaštitnih arheoloških kampanja od 2006. do 2012., pri čemu je istraženo područje od 96 četvornih metara. Brodolom Mijoka je iznimno važno arheološko otkriće. Arheološka istraživanja ovog brodoloma rezultirala su s više od 15.000 nalaza. Postoje indicije da se radilo o uskočkom brodu koji je prevozio dragocjene predmete, koje su uskoci oteli s brodova koji su prevozili luksuznu robu iz Venecije na Egejsko područje, a možda i u sam Istanbul. Predmeti svjedoče o širem povijesnom kontekstu uključujući i razgranatu trgovinu između srednje Europe, gdje je velik dio pronađenih predmeta izrađen, preko Venecije do Istanbula i drugih lučkih gradova Osmanskog Carstva.

Radi se, ističu u Muzeju grada Šibenika, o materijalu vezanom uz Nürnberg, obrtnički i inovacijski centar Europe druge polovice 16. stoljeća, te stakleni materijal iz Venecije, poput Murano perlica. Ostatak materijala predstavlja brodski inventar i osobne predmete posade i/ili putnika. Za pretpostaviti je da se brodolom dogodio početkom 17. stoljeća, a većina pronađenih predmeta datira u 16. stoljeće i sam početak 17. stoljeća.

U organizaciji Muzeja grada Šibenika i Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda u Atriju muzeja predstavljena je stručno-znanstvena monografija "Mijoka" autorice Vesne Zmaić (Hrvatski restauratorski zavod). O knjizi su govorili mr. sc. Željko Krnčević, ravnatelj Muzeja grada Šibenika, dr. sc. Tajana Pleše, ravnateljica Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, dr. sc. Katarina Batur s Odjela za arheologiju Sveučilišta u Zadru, Marina Lambaša, urednica izdanja, viša kustosica u Muzeju grada Šibenika te autorica.

Prisutne je pozdravio Danijel Mileta, zamjenik gradonačelnika Šibenika, čestitavši autorici Vesni Zmaić i suradnicima na sustavnom i vrijednom radu oko izdavanja monografije. Također, i Muzeju grada Šibenika i Hrvatskom restauratorskom zavodu pod čijim je okriljem tiskana, s obzirom na značaj nalazišta u okvirima hrvatske i europske podvodne arheologije.
