Jesmo li nacija zadovoljnih i sretnih radnika? Koliko ljudi u Hrvatskoj radi posao za koji iskreno mogu reći da ih ispunjava? I konačno, što Hrvate barem kad je o poslu riječ, usrećuje, a što tišti?

S ciljem pronalaska odgovora na ova pitanja, MojPosao je pokrenuo Nacionalni indeks zadovoljstva zaposlenika, anonimno istraživanje u kojem je sudjelovalo više od četiri tisuće ispitanika, a koje je za cilj imalo otkriti jesmo li i u kojoj mjeri zadovoljni  trenutnim radnim mjestom. 

Prema istraživanju, hrvatski radnici nisu posebno zadovoljni, ali niti pretjerano nezadovoljni trenutnim poslom. Na skali od 1 do 10, prosječna ocjena na pitanje ‘Koliko ste zadovoljni svojim radnim mjestom?‘ iznosi 4,59.

Žene su u nešto većoj mjeri nezadovoljne trenutnim radnim mjestom u odnosu na muškarce. Naime, 22 posto radnica u Hrvatskoj uopće nije zadovoljno radnim mjestom, dok isti stav dijeli 17 posto muškaraca.

Stariji manje zadovoljni

Stariji radnici su nešto nezadovoljniji trenutnim poslom nego mlađe osobe.

Dio razloga vjerojatno leži u činjenici da su mlađi radnici mobilniji na tržištu rada, jednostavnije mijenjaju poslove te nemaju osjećaj da su ‘zapeli‘ na poslu kojim nisu zadovoljni.

Također, zaposlenici s višom stručnom spremom‘ su u pravilu zadovoljniji od radnika nižeg stupnja obrazovanja. Primjerice, 29 posto zaposlenih sa završenim postdiplomskim studijem tvrdi kako su zadovoljni trenutnim poslom (dali ocjenu od 7 na više), dok isto razmišlja 25 posto radnika s visokom stručnom spremom 25 posto te 17 posto onih sa srednjom stručnom spremom.

Svi na pauzi

Prema istraživanju, većina tvrtki zaposlenicima omogućuje redovito korištenje pauze za obrok te su upravo tim ‘pravom‘, u prosjeku, radnici u Hrvatskoj najzadovoljniji.

Na drugom mjestu smjestila se informiranost o situaciji u tvrtki, a potom slijede adekvatan radni prostor, mogućnost obavljanja radnih zadataka u sklopu radnog vremena, osjećaj da na poslu radimo nešto korisno te rijetko odrađivanje prekovremenih sati.

S druge, negativne, strane spektra nalazi se popis stvari kojima nismo zadovoljni

Očekivano, hrvatski radnici najmanje su zadovoljni vrednovanjem radnog mjesta u smislu plaće, ali i drugih beneficija te mogućnošću napredovanja.

Također, značajan broj radnika ne osjeća pripadnost kompaniji i tvrtkine uspjehe ne doživljava kao vlastite, a mnogi ističu i manjak podrške i brige od strane nadređene osobe.

Ako se usporede rezultati u okviru Nacionalnog indeksa zadovoljstva zaposlenika s onima dobivenih u Istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika (u koje se dobrovoljno prijavljuju tvrtke) primjetno je kako su najveće razlike prisutne kod onih tvrdnji koje su ispitanici loše ocijenili, dok su najmanje razlike za tvrdnje koje su dobro ocijenjene. 

IT-ovcima je najbolje

Drugim riječima, zaposlenici tvrtki koje sudjeluju u Istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika su osjetno zadovoljniji plaćom i dostupnošću prilika za napredovanje, tvrtkine uspjehe doživljavaju kao svoje i njeguju bolje odnose s nadređenim osobama nego što je to slučaj s ispitanicima koji su sudjelovali u Nacionalnom indeksu zadovoljstva zaposlenika.

Najmanje nezadovoljnih radnika pronalazimo u Zagrebu (18 posto), a najviše (26 posto) u Istočnoj Hrvatskoj.

Također, male tvrtke zapošljavaju nešto više zadovoljnih radnika (30 posto) nego što je to slučaj u većim kompanijama (25 posto)

Iz godine u godinu tvrtke koje djeluju u sektoru IT-a i informacijskih tehnologija odnose nagrade za najboljeg poslodavca, stoga ne čudi podatak da je to jedna od djelatnosti s najviše zadovoljnih zaposlenika (39 posto).

Visok postotak zadovoljnih zaposlenika radi i u Profesionalnim, znanstvenim i tehničkim djelatnostima (43 posto) te u Umjetnosti, sportu i zabavi (39 posto).

Jesmo li nacija zadovoljnih i sretnih radnika? Koliko ljudi u Hrvatskoj radi posao za koji iskreno mogu reći da ih ispunjava? I konačno, što Hrvate barem kad je o poslu riječ, usrećuje, a što tišti?

S ciljem pronalaska odgovora na ova pitanja, MojPosao je pokrenuo Nacionalni indeks zadovoljstva zaposlenika, anonimno istraživanje u kojem je sudjelovalo više od četiri tisuće ispitanika, a koje je za cilj imalo otkriti jesmo li i u kojoj mjeri zadovoljni  trenutnim radnim mjestom. 

Prema istraživanju, hrvatski radnici nisu posebno zadovoljni, ali niti pretjerano nezadovoljni trenutnim poslom. Na skali od 1 do 10, prosječna ocjena na pitanje ‘Koliko ste zadovoljni svojim radnim mjestom?‘ iznosi 4,59.

Žene su u nešto većoj mjeri nezadovoljne trenutnim radnim mjestom u odnosu na muškarce. Naime, 22 posto radnica u Hrvatskoj uopće nije zadovoljno radnim mjestom, dok isti stav dijeli 17 posto muškaraca.

Stariji manje zadovoljni

Stariji radnici su nešto nezadovoljniji trenutnim poslom nego mlađe osobe.

Dio razloga vjerojatno leži u činjenici da su mlađi radnici mobilniji na tržištu rada, jednostavnije mijenjaju poslove te nemaju osjećaj da su ‘zapeli‘ na poslu kojim nisu zadovoljni.

Također, zaposlenici s višom stručnom spremom‘ su u pravilu zadovoljniji od radnika nižeg stupnja obrazovanja. Primjerice, 29 posto zaposlenih sa završenim postdiplomskim studijem tvrdi kako su zadovoljni trenutnim poslom (dali ocjenu od 7 na više), dok isto razmišlja 25 posto radnika s visokom stručnom spremom 25 posto te 17 posto onih sa srednjom stručnom spremom.

Svi na pauzi

Prema istraživanju, većina tvrtki zaposlenicima omogućuje redovito korištenje pauze za obrok te su upravo tim ‘pravom‘, u prosjeku, radnici u Hrvatskoj najzadovoljniji.

Na drugom mjestu smjestila se informiranost o situaciji u tvrtki, a potom slijede adekvatan radni prostor, mogućnost obavljanja radnih zadataka u sklopu radnog vremena, osjećaj da na poslu radimo nešto korisno te rijetko odrađivanje prekovremenih sati.

S druge, negativne, strane spektra nalazi se popis stvari kojima nismo zadovoljni

Očekivano, hrvatski radnici najmanje su zadovoljni vrednovanjem radnog mjesta u smislu plaće, ali i drugih beneficija te mogućnošću napredovanja.

Također, značajan broj radnika ne osjeća pripadnost kompaniji i tvrtkine uspjehe ne doživljava kao vlastite, a mnogi ističu i manjak podrške i brige od strane nadređene osobe.

Ako se usporede rezultati u okviru Nacionalnog indeksa zadovoljstva zaposlenika s onima dobivenih u Istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika (u koje se dobrovoljno prijavljuju tvrtke) primjetno je kako su najveće razlike prisutne kod onih tvrdnji koje su ispitanici loše ocijenili, dok su najmanje razlike za tvrdnje koje su dobro ocijenjene. 

IT-ovcima je najbolje

Drugim riječima, zaposlenici tvrtki koje sudjeluju u Istraživanju zadovoljstva zaposlenika su osjetno zadovoljniji plaćom i dostupnošću prilika za napredovanje, tvrtkine uspjehe doživljavaju kao svoje i njeguju bolje odnose s nadređenim osobama nego što je to slučaj s ispitanicima koji su sudjelovali u Nacionalnom indeksu zadovoljstva zaposlenika.

Najmanje nezadovoljnih radnika pronalazimo u Zagrebu (18 posto), a najviše (26 posto) u Istočnoj Hrvatskoj.

Također, male tvrtke zapošljavaju nešto više zadovoljnih radnika (30 posto) nego što je to slučaj u većim kompanijama (25 posto)

Iz godine u godinu tvrtke koje djeluju u sektoru IT-a i informacijskih tehnologija odnose nagrade za najboljeg poslodavca, stoga ne čudi podatak da je to jedna od djelatnosti s najviše zadovoljnih zaposlenika (39 posto).

Visok postotak zadovoljnih zaposlenika radi i u Profesionalnim, znanstvenim i tehničkim djelatnostima (43 posto) te u Umjetnosti, sportu i zabavi (39 posto).
