Za vrijeme menstrualnog ciklusa pada i raste razina hormona, što može imati ogroman utjecaj na libido žene. Zato je izmjenjivanje ekstremne seksualne želje i potpune bezvoljnosti normalna pojava, piše dw.com.hr.

Mnoge žene kažu: postoji vrijeme kada je njihova seksualna želja tako izražena, da bi za njihovu okolinu trebalo izdati upozorenje: oprez, libido izvan kontrole! Ti dani su pravi praznik za ljubavnu vezu.

A onda je odjednom sve gotovo. Seks? Ne, hvala. Seksualna želja s kojom je partner donedavno morao izaći na kraj tri puta dnevno, sada se može potaknuti još samo fino komponiranom umjetnošću zavođenja. Partnerica sama od sebe ne razmišlja o spolnom odnosu.

Već je jedna studija iz 1980. godine dala objašnjenje za taj fenomen: ženski menstrualni ciklus i hormonske promjene snažno utječu na želju za seksualnim odnosom.

To nije samo zbog direktnog utjecaja hormona, primjerice estrogena, nego i zato što hormonalne promjene utječu na fizičko i psihičko stanje. Tko je mrtav umoran ili ima bolove, nije baš raspoložen za seks.

Menstrualni ciklus počinje prvim danom mjesečnice i završava na dan prije početka iduće menstruacije. Dužina ciklusa može biti različita: od 21 do 35 dana. Otprilike u sredini tog ciklusa dolazi do ovulacije. Zato se on može podijeliti na dva dijela.

Maternica se, kao i svakog mjeseca, priprema za potencijalnu trudnoću. Ako ne dođe do začeća, pada razina progesterona (hormona koji proizvode jajnici) i estrogena u krvi i dolazi do menstruacije. Dakle, na početku prve polovice ciklusa dolazi do krvarenja.

Neke žene u tom vremenskom razdoblju ne osjećaju preveliku seksualnu želju. I to ne samo zato što im je razina estrogena razmjerno niska, nego i zato što je mjesečnica često povezana s bolovima i osjećajem nelagode. Druge žene pak menstruaciju doživljavaju posve drugačije. 

Estrogen povećava libido

Ako je sluznica maternice izbačena krvarenjem, folikularni stimulirajući hormon FSH pokreće sazrijevanje novog folikula u kojem se nalazi jajna stanica. On proizvodi estrogen, razina tog hormona raste usporedo sa sazrijevanjem folikula, a s njime i seksualna želja žene.

Ali ne samo to. Mnoge žene se u toj fazi osjećaju posebno samouvjereno i aktivno. Njima tada ne pada lakše samo bavljenje sportom, nego im se poboljšava i koncentracija.

No kod žena koje koriste hormonske tablete za sprječavanje trudnoće većinom nije tako. Naime, te tablete se brinu da se razina hormona ne mijenja tako drastično.

Razina estrogena i seksualna želja svoj vrhunac doživljavaju ovulacijom. Velike količine estrogena uzrokuju izlučivanje luteinizirajućeg hormona LH, koji pokreće ovulaciju. Folikul ispušta zrelu jajnu stanicu u jajovod, gdje ona može biti oplođena u iduća 24 sata. A estrogen poduzima sve što je u njegovoj moći da ženu dovede u iskušenje.

Progesteron smanjuje libido

Folikul u kojem se nalazila jajna stanica pretvara se u tzv. žuto tijelo. U drugoj fazi ciklusa ono proizvodi važne hormone: pored malih količina estrogena, to je prije svega progesteron. A on znatno smanjuje seksualnu želju.

Umjesto igre, zadovoljstva i dobrog raspoloženja, nastupa ozbiljno doba: sada se radi na tome da se podeblja sluznica maternice i pripremi za eventualnu trudnoću. Ako žena zatrudni, progesteron se brine za to da trudnoća opstane. No ako ne dođe do začeća, žuto tijelo propada i razina progesterona se smanjuje.

Tada progesteron, koji koči želju za spolnim odnosom, nekoliko dana prije iduće mjesečnice ponovo prepušta pozornicu estrogenu. Zato žene često uoči ili čak za vrijeme krvarenja ponovo imaju povećanu želju za partnerom – barem u usporedbi s danima vladavine progesterona, piše dw.com.hr.

Za vrijeme menstrualnog ciklusa pada i raste razina hormona, što može imati ogroman utjecaj na libido žene. Zato je izmjenjivanje ekstremne seksualne želje i potpune bezvoljnosti normalna pojava, piše dw.com.hr.

Mnoge žene kažu: postoji vrijeme kada je njihova seksualna želja tako izražena, da bi za njihovu okolinu trebalo izdati upozorenje: oprez, libido izvan kontrole! Ti dani su pravi praznik za ljubavnu vezu.

A onda je odjednom sve gotovo. Seks? Ne, hvala. Seksualna želja s kojom je partner donedavno morao izaći na kraj tri puta dnevno, sada se može potaknuti još samo fino komponiranom umjetnošću zavođenja. Partnerica sama od sebe ne razmišlja o spolnom odnosu.

Već je jedna studija iz 1980. godine dala objašnjenje za taj fenomen: ženski menstrualni ciklus i hormonske promjene snažno utječu na želju za seksualnim odnosom.

To nije samo zbog direktnog utjecaja hormona, primjerice estrogena, nego i zato što hormonalne promjene utječu na fizičko i psihičko stanje. Tko je mrtav umoran ili ima bolove, nije baš raspoložen za seks.

Menstrualni ciklus počinje prvim danom mjesečnice i završava na dan prije početka iduće menstruacije. Dužina ciklusa može biti različita: od 21 do 35 dana. Otprilike u sredini tog ciklusa dolazi do ovulacije. Zato se on može podijeliti na dva dijela.

Maternica se, kao i svakog mjeseca, priprema za potencijalnu trudnoću. Ako ne dođe do začeća, pada razina progesterona (hormona koji proizvode jajnici) i estrogena u krvi i dolazi do menstruacije. Dakle, na početku prve polovice ciklusa dolazi do krvarenja.

Neke žene u tom vremenskom razdoblju ne osjećaju preveliku seksualnu želju. I to ne samo zato što im je razina estrogena razmjerno niska, nego i zato što je mjesečnica često povezana s bolovima i osjećajem nelagode. Druge žene pak menstruaciju doživljavaju posve drugačije. 

Estrogen povećava libido

Ako je sluznica maternice izbačena krvarenjem, folikularni stimulirajući hormon FSH pokreće sazrijevanje novog folikula u kojem se nalazi jajna stanica. On proizvodi estrogen, razina tog hormona raste usporedo sa sazrijevanjem folikula, a s njime i seksualna želja žene.

Ali ne samo to. Mnoge žene se u toj fazi osjećaju posebno samouvjereno i aktivno. Njima tada ne pada lakše samo bavljenje sportom, nego im se poboljšava i koncentracija.

No kod žena koje koriste hormonske tablete za sprječavanje trudnoće većinom nije tako. Naime, te tablete se brinu da se razina hormona ne mijenja tako drastično.

Razina estrogena i seksualna želja svoj vrhunac doživljavaju ovulacijom. Velike količine estrogena uzrokuju izlučivanje luteinizirajućeg hormona LH, koji pokreće ovulaciju. Folikul ispušta zrelu jajnu stanicu u jajovod, gdje ona može biti oplođena u iduća 24 sata. A estrogen poduzima sve što je u njegovoj moći da ženu dovede u iskušenje.

Progesteron smanjuje libido

Folikul u kojem se nalazila jajna stanica pretvara se u tzv. žuto tijelo. U drugoj fazi ciklusa ono proizvodi važne hormone: pored malih količina estrogena, to je prije svega progesteron. A on znatno smanjuje seksualnu želju.

Umjesto igre, zadovoljstva i dobrog raspoloženja, nastupa ozbiljno doba: sada se radi na tome da se podeblja sluznica maternice i pripremi za eventualnu trudnoću. Ako žena zatrudni, progesteron se brine za to da trudnoća opstane. No ako ne dođe do začeća, žuto tijelo propada i razina progesterona se smanjuje.

Tada progesteron, koji koči želju za spolnim odnosom, nekoliko dana prije iduće mjesečnice ponovo prepušta pozornicu estrogenu. Zato žene često uoči ili čak za vrijeme krvarenja ponovo imaju povećanu želju za partnerom – barem u usporedbi s danima vladavine progesterona, piše dw.com.hr.

Za vrijeme menstrualnog ciklusa pada i raste razina hormona, što može imati ogroman utjecaj na libido žene. Zato je izmjenjivanje ekstremne seksualne želje i potpune bezvoljnosti normalna pojava, piše dw.com.hr.

Mnoge žene kažu: postoji vrijeme kada je njihova seksualna želja tako izražena, da bi za njihovu okolinu trebalo izdati upozorenje: oprez, libido izvan kontrole! Ti dani su pravi praznik za ljubavnu vezu.

A onda je odjednom sve gotovo. Seks? Ne, hvala. Seksualna želja s kojom je partner donedavno morao izaći na kraj tri puta dnevno, sada se može potaknuti još samo fino komponiranom umjetnošću zavođenja. Partnerica sama od sebe ne razmišlja o spolnom odnosu.
