Puno je nas koji smo malo pretjerali s kupnjom putem interneta, ali kako odoljeti užitku da željeni artikal dobijemo doslovno na kućnom pragu, bez da uopće izađemo iz topline svojega doma?
Ipak, rijetki među nama se zapitaju kako uistinu izgleda posao onih koji nam te iste pakete dostavljaju na vrata.
Nedavno "umirovljeni" Mike Simpson za The Sun je ispričao kako je zapravo biti vozač dostave.
Kažu da je ophođenje s kupcima jedan od najgorih dijelova posla, ali za vozače dostave stres počinje prije nego što kroče u kombi.
- Jedan od najstresnijih dijelova posla podvijao se nego što sam uopće isporučio paket. Napuniti kombi svim paketima ispravnim redoslijedom bila je apsolutna noćna mora. Ponekad bi bili potrebni sati samo da se pakete složi u kombi jer su često bili samo pomiješani u hrpe, kazao je Mike.
Svi smo barem jednom otvorili vrata dostavljaču u pidžami, zgužvani, ali vjerojatno će vam biti manje neugodno kada saznate da su vozači dostave vidjeli i puno gore.
- Oduševilo me koliko ljudi kao da nikad ne odijeva normalnu odjeću. Bilo je puno stanova i kuća u koje sam dostavljao pakete gotovo svakodnevno, mjesecima, a oni su uvijek bili u kućnom ogrtaču, bez obzira koliko je sati - smije se nekadašnji dostavljač.
Jeste li ikada došli kući i pronašli paket "skriven" iza ulaznih vrata haustora, bačen preko ograde ili ostavljen na bizarnom mjestu, i pitali se što je bilo dostavljaču?
- Paketi se ponekad ostavljaju na čudnim mjestima iz nekoliko razloga. Prvo, neki vozači dobivaju bonus za svaku pošiljku koju isporuče. Ako moraju odnijeti paket natrag u skladište, nakon što su puno vremena potrošili da stignu na odredište, neće biti plaćeni za to i morat će ga pokušati ponovno dostaviti sljedeći dan.
Proces ostavljanja potvrde i vraćanja robe u skladište također oduzima više vremena od procijenjenog za broj dostava tog dana, pa je često bolja opcija ostaviti, nadamo se, "na sigurnom mjestu", nego vraćati natrag - priznao je mladić.
Osim toga, neki vozači tvrde da su im dani vrlo kratki vremenski okviri za odradu posla, pa čak i ako to nije njihova greška i ako su, na primjer, zapeli u prometu. Nekima prijeti i otkaz ako ne odrade sve zadano.
- Svaka isporuka ima rok u kojem morate dostaviti paket. Zbog toga je teško izbjeći luđačku vožnju samo kako biste bili sigurni da ćete stvarno isporučiti i biti plaćeni.
Moje rute su bile u ruralnijim područjima, pa nisam grcao u dostavama, ali momci koji su radili u gradskim središtima znali su imati po 20 paketa od 30 kilograma u smjeni.
To je morala biti apsolutna noćna mora, jer pokušaj pronalaženja mjesta za parkiranje na prometnim gradskim ulicama vrlo je frustrirajući - prepričao je brojne nedaće s kojima se susreću njegovi kolege.

Puno je nas koji smo malo pretjerali s kupnjom putem interneta, ali kako odoljeti užitku da željeni artikal dobijemo doslovno na kućnom pragu, bez da uopće izađemo iz topline svojega doma?
Ipak, rijetki među nama se zapitaju kako uistinu izgleda posao onih koji nam te iste pakete dostavljaju na vrata.
Nedavno "umirovljeni" Mike Simpson za The Sun je ispričao kako je zapravo biti vozač dostave.
Kažu da je ophođenje s kupcima jedan od najgorih dijelova posla, ali za vozače dostave stres počinje prije nego što kroče u kombi.
- Jedan od najstresnijih dijelova posla podvijao se nego što sam uopće isporučio paket. Napuniti kombi svim paketima ispravnim redoslijedom bila je apsolutna noćna mora. Ponekad bi bili potrebni sati samo da se pakete složi u kombi jer su često bili samo pomiješani u hrpe, kazao je Mike.
Svi smo barem jednom otvorili vrata dostavljaču u pidžami, zgužvani, ali vjerojatno će vam biti manje neugodno kada saznate da su vozači dostave vidjeli i puno gore.
- Oduševilo me koliko ljudi kao da nikad ne odijeva normalnu odjeću. Bilo je puno stanova i kuća u koje sam dostavljao pakete gotovo svakodnevno, mjesecima, a oni su uvijek bili u kućnom ogrtaču, bez obzira koliko je sati - smije se nekadašnji dostavljač.
Jeste li ikada došli kući i pronašli paket "skriven" iza ulaznih vrata haustora, bačen preko ograde ili ostavljen na bizarnom mjestu, i pitali se što je bilo dostavljaču?
- Paketi se ponekad ostavljaju na čudnim mjestima iz nekoliko razloga. Prvo, neki vozači dobivaju bonus za svaku pošiljku koju isporuče. Ako moraju odnijeti paket natrag u skladište, nakon što su puno vremena potrošili da stignu na odredište, neće biti plaćeni za to i morat će ga pokušati ponovno dostaviti sljedeći dan.
Proces ostavljanja potvrde i vraćanja robe u skladište također oduzima više vremena od procijenjenog za broj dostava tog dana, pa je često bolja opcija ostaviti, nadamo se, "na sigurnom mjestu", nego vraćati natrag - priznao je mladić.
Osim toga, neki vozači tvrde da su im dani vrlo kratki vremenski okviri za odradu posla, pa čak i ako to nije njihova greška i ako su, na primjer, zapeli u prometu. Nekima prijeti i otkaz ako ne odrade sve zadano.
- Svaka isporuka ima rok u kojem morate dostaviti paket. Zbog toga je teško izbjeći luđačku vožnju samo kako biste bili sigurni da ćete stvarno isporučiti i biti plaćeni.
Moje rute su bile u ruralnijim područjima, pa nisam grcao u dostavama, ali momci koji su radili u gradskim središtima znali su imati po 20 paketa od 30 kilograma u smjeni.
To je morala biti apsolutna noćna mora, jer pokušaj pronalaženja mjesta za parkiranje na prometnim gradskim ulicama vrlo je frustrirajući - prepričao je brojne nedaće s kojima se susreću njegovi kolege.
