Kako voditi razgovor bez prigovaranja

Obično mislimo da mi odrasli vodimo razgovore jer znamo ispravne odgovore na naša pitanja.

Ali djeca zbog toga luduju. Osjećaju da razgovor ne vodi onaj koji ima znanje, onaj koji ima informacije. Razgovor vodi onaj tko pita! Tako nam se brzo događa da razgovor koji smo dobro postavili, usput, vodi dijete ili tinejdžer u sasvim drugom smjeru. Odjednom se možemo naći na skliskom terenu. Naravno, sasvim je u redu da nam mladi postavljaju pitanja, ali moramo biti oprezni na to u kojem smjeru ta pitanja idu.

Vjerojatno ste nekad gledali kako novinar ispituje nekog političara. Novinar može smišljati pitanja, preoblikovati ih i slično, ali političar mora znati odgovore, jer u protivnom može ispasti nesposoban. Tko se znoji u intervjuima? Političar. Možda je iz vrha Europe, ali neće zato proći ništa bolje.

Slično novinarima, djeca vas kod kuće mogu iznenaditi. Kad kažete: "Iznesi smeće!", dijete postavlja naizgled bezazleno pitanje: "Zašto ja?"

Što se događa? U trenutku kad morate odgovoriti, odlučite ili ponovno naredite, ali prije svega morate ponovo objasniti zašto ono mora iznijeti smeće.

Tko odlučuje u razgovoru? Tko vodi? Klinac koji je postavio pitanje.

Razgovor ne vodi onaj koji ima odgovore. Vodi ga onaj koji ima pitanja!

Kad djeca i tinejdžeri postanu vrlo vješti u vođenju razgovora, mogu vam odgovoriti na vaše pitanje protupitnjem. Na primjer, kad pitate što će dečki raditi tamo gdje idu, a vaš dečko odgovara: "Da, ali zar jučer nisi rekla da mi vjerujeteš?"
Iznenada, ponašanje vašeg djeteta više nije u prvom planu, već vaše povjerenje u njega, njegovu iskrenost i još mnogo toga! Osumnjičeni ste da ste loši roditelji. Brzo imate loš osjećaj da biste mu trebali vjerovati više, odnosno manje ga ispitivati. Kasnije je mnogima žao što nisu ustrajali na pitanjima.

Kada vaše dijete odgovori protupitanjem, uputite mu dodatne upite:
"Što ćete tamo raditi?"
"Da, ali zar mi ne vjeruješ?"
"Prvo odgovori na pitanje, a onda ćemo razgovarati o povjerenju!"
"Ali, zar sada više ne smijem ni pitati?"
"Smiješ, ali tek nakon što mi odgovoriš na pitanje. Dakle, što ćete tamo raditi?"

I opet vi vodite razgovor.

Znate što želite doznati, pa morate imati vodeće mjesto u razgovoru. Međutim, dijete vas želi odvući negdje u krivom smjeru, jer je ta tema za njega uvijek potencijalno opasna. Jedan pogrešan odgovor i morat ćete ostati kod kuće! Stoga je sigurnije da ono preuzme vodstvo i preusmjeriti razgovor sa za njega klizavog terena.
Inicijativa i uspostavljanje vodstva u razgovoru nije nešto što bi djeca i tinejdžeri učili u kružoku, na televiziji ili bilo gdje drugdje. To proizlazi iz njihove potrebe, sićušne potrebe u njima samima da se ponašaju tako da sami odlučuju o sebi.
Upravo kao odrasli, uostalom usmjereni su u odrastanje i zrelost.

Odbija jesti salatu

Djeca će također rado jesti salatu jer je sve posebno, a nekoliko dana neće razgovarati ni o čemu drugome. Svima se to čini strašno zabavno i dobro! Sljedeći put ponudite im salatu bez riječi, pa ih nekako „logično“ poslužite i oni će je pojesti po istoj logici. Recept ima mnogo varijacija i mnogo zadovoljnih roditelja i djece koji sada s radošću jedu salatu.

Jedan gram salate za minutu elektronike: dijete bi željelo telefon za igru ​​ili računalo. Nema problema. Za jedan gram suhe salate pojedene u salati - jedna minuta igranja s elektronikom. Kako voditi razgovor bez prigovaranja

Obično mislimo da mi odrasli vodimo razgovore jer znamo ispravne odgovore na naša pitanja.

Ali djeca zbog toga luduju. Osjećaju da razgovor ne vodi onaj koji ima znanje, onaj koji ima informacije. Razgovor vodi onaj tko pita! Tako nam se brzo događa da razgovor koji smo dobro postavili, usput, vodi dijete ili tinejdžer u sasvim drugom smjeru. Odjednom se možemo naći na skliskom terenu. Naravno, sasvim je u redu da nam mladi postavljaju pitanja, ali moramo biti oprezni na to u kojem smjeru ta pitanja idu.

Vjerojatno ste nekad gledali kako novinar ispituje nekog političara. Novinar može smišljati pitanja, preoblikovati ih i slično, ali političar mora znati odgovore, jer u protivnom može ispasti nesposoban. Tko se znoji u intervjuima? Političar. Možda je iz vrha Europe, ali neće zato proći ništa bolje.

Slično novinarima, djeca vas kod kuće mogu iznenaditi. Kad kažete: "Iznesi smeće!", dijete postavlja naizgled bezazleno pitanje: "Zašto ja?"

Što se događa? U trenutku kad morate odgovoriti, odlučite ili ponovno naredite, ali prije svega morate ponovo objasniti zašto ono mora iznijeti smeće.

Tko odlučuje u razgovoru? Tko vodi? Klinac koji je postavio pitanje.

Razgovor ne vodi onaj koji ima odgovore. Vodi ga onaj koji ima pitanja!

Kad djeca i tinejdžeri postanu vrlo vješti u vođenju razgovora, mogu vam odgovoriti na vaše pitanje protupitnjem. Na primjer, kad pitate što će dečki raditi tamo gdje idu, a vaš dečko odgovara: "Da, ali zar jučer nisi rekla da mi vjerujeteš?"
Iznenada, ponašanje vašeg djeteta više nije u prvom planu, već vaše povjerenje u njega, njegovu iskrenost i još mnogo toga! Osumnjičeni ste da ste loši roditelji. Brzo imate loš osjećaj da biste mu trebali vjerovati više, odnosno manje ga ispitivati. Kasnije je mnogima žao što nisu ustrajali na pitanjima.

Kada vaše dijete odgovori protupitanjem, uputite mu dodatne upite:
"Što ćete tamo raditi?"
"Da, ali zar mi ne vjeruješ?"
"Prvo odgovori na pitanje, a onda ćemo razgovarati o povjerenju!"
"Ali, zar sada više ne smijem ni pitati?"
"Smiješ, ali tek nakon što mi odgovoriš na pitanje. Dakle, što ćete tamo raditi?"

I opet vi vodite razgovor.

Znate što želite doznati, pa morate imati vodeće mjesto u razgovoru. Međutim, dijete vas želi odvući negdje u krivom smjeru, jer je ta tema za njega uvijek potencijalno opasna. Jedan pogrešan odgovor i morat ćete ostati kod kuće! Stoga je sigurnije da ono preuzme vodstvo i preusmjeriti razgovor sa za njega klizavog terena.
Inicijativa i uspostavljanje vodstva u razgovoru nije nešto što bi djeca i tinejdžeri učili u kružoku, na televiziji ili bilo gdje drugdje. To proizlazi iz njihove potrebe, sićušne potrebe u njima samima da se ponašaju tako da sami odlučuju o sebi.
Upravo kao odrasli, uostalom usmjereni su u odrastanje i zrelost.

Odbija jesti salatu

Moramo znati izvor problema. U većini slučajeva to je čisto fiziološki - imamo kiselkasti okus na kraju jezika i dijete osjeti ocat na salati čak i trenutak prije nego što je dotakne jezikom. Ono odgovara odbijanjem.

Pogledajmo nekoliko recepata kako riješiti ovaj problem.

Ukusniji ocat: zamijenite jabučni ili obični ocat koji kupujete u trgovini aromatičnim. Djeluje slađe na jezik, a privlačniji je i nosu, pa će djeca više voliti salatu. Možete je učiniti i manje kiselom.

Kisela salata: Dijete koje je pohlepni konzument sendviča također će pristati dodati mu list oprane salate ako je to preduvjet da ga uopće dobije. Prethodno je moguće umetnuti manji list salate koji neće izlaziti iz rubova, nego ostati između slojeva sendiča.

Na okus i iznenadnu svježinu sendviča dijete se brzo navikne.
Šest listova: dijete pere ruke i uzima jedan po jedan list iz zajedničke zdjele salate, šest listova salate i broji ih glasno. Ne potičite ga na sedmi list, jer je dogovoreno šest. To je maksimum! Za dva tjedna dijete će postati pravi salatar, a kad je ne poslužite, ono će je zatražiti.

'Svinjska večera': Pripremite plastični stolnjak, posudu od vode i limuna za pranje ruku, te meso i tjesteninu ili drugi umak na tanjurima. Poslužite salatu u zdjelama. Jest ćete bez pribora, čistim rukama. Recimo da se postupak naziva 'svinjska večera', da ga svaka obitelj može provesti samo jednom po djetetu i da o tome više nikada nećete razgovarati. Djeca će također rado jesti salatu jer je sve posebno, a nekoliko dana neće razgovarati ni o čemu drugome. Svima se to čini strašno zabavno i dobro! Sljedeći put ponudite im salatu bez riječi, pa ih nekako „logično“ poslužite i oni će je pojesti po istoj logici. Recept ima mnogo varijacija i mnogo zadovoljnih roditelja i djece koji sada s radošću jedu salatu.

Jedan gram salate za minutu elektronike: dijete bi željelo telefon za igru ​​ili računalo. Nema problema. Za jedan gram suhe salate pojedene u salati - jedna minuta igranja s elektronikom. Počnite s 20 grama. Čini se da je mala porcija, ali vidjet ćete da je to gotovo jedna manja hotelska porcija. Želi elektroniku više vremena? Nema problema, jer se moguće dodati još 10 grama salate.

Obično mislimo da mi odrasli vodimo razgovore jer znamo ispravne odgovore na naša pitanja.

Ali djeca zbog toga luduju. Osjećaju da razgovor ne vodi onaj koji ima znanje, onaj koji ima informacije. Razgovor vodi onaj tko pita! Tako nam se brzo događa da razgovor koji smo dobro postavili, usput, vodi dijete ili tinejdžer u sasvim drugom smjeru. Odjednom se možemo naći na skliskom terenu. Naravno, sasvim je u redu da nam mladi postavljaju pitanja, ali moramo biti oprezni na to u kojem smjeru ta pitanja idu.

Vjerojatno ste nekad gledali kako novinar ispituje nekog političara. Novinar može smišljati pitanja, preoblikovati ih i slično, ali političar mora znati odgovore, jer u prot...
