Poslije postupka izbjeljivanja zubi, neko je vrijeme potrebno pripaziti na ono što jedemo i pijemo, kako ne bismo doveli u pitanje učinke izbjeljivanja. Nakon tog tretmana, naime, caklini je potrebno od 48 do 72 sata da se ponovo mineralizira. Ako su na njoj prisutne sićušne pukotine, ostaci hrane jakih boja mogu se u njih uvući te se može dogoditi da na netom izbijeljenim zubima nastanu mrlje koje neće tek tako otići. Istodobno, izbjeljivanje privremeno dehidrira zube, pa su i zbog toga osjetljiviji i boja se lakše na njih prima, piše Gloria.

Zatvaranje pora

Kako bi se izbjegle takve neželjene pojave i dodatni stomatološki radovi kojima će se ukloniti mrlje, najuputnije je smanjiti rizik na minimum i izbjegavati konzumaciju intenzivno pigmentirane hrane i pića dva do tri dana nakon izbjeljivanja. Toliko je dovoljno da se zatvore pore koje su nastale tijekom postupka. Dobro je pridržavati se "svijetle dijete", odnosno izbjegavati sve ono što može nepopravljivo zamrljati bijelu majicu. Naravno, nemojte ni pušiti, jer od pušenja zubi postaju sivi, a nosi i brojne druge zdravstvene rizike. Evo i popisa namirnica koje je poslije izbjeljivanja najbolje zaobići.

Tamna lista

Bobičasto voće: Nažalost, na prvom je mjestu. Borovnice, kupine, maline... vrlo lako mogu zaprljati caklinu s oštećenjima, osobito nakon izbjeljivanja.

Kava i čaj: Omiljeni napici glavni su krivci za žute zube, a čak je i biljni čaj rizičan. Ako baš ne možete bez doze kofeina dan ili dva, pokušajte piti ledenu kavu na slamku kako biste smanjili kontakt sa zubima. Odmah nakon konzumacije nanesite gel za izbjeljivanje, kako se mrlje ne bi stigle stvrdnuti na zubima.

Gazirana pića, ali i sokovi: I gazirana pića su na popisu onih koje valja izbjegavati. Iako mogu bita svijetla i slatka, u sastavu imaju kiseline (limunske i fosforne) koje oštećuju i "tope" caklinu, pa zubna kost postaje izložena. Najbolje bi stoga bilo zaboraviti na njih i inače, a ne samo poslije izbjeljivanja. Jednako djeluju i seltzeri, gazirane vode s okusom i alkoholom. Poželjno bi bilo preskočiti i voćne sokove, naročito one zelene i crvene.

Vino: U tjednu izbjeljivanja svakako zaboravite na crno vino, no ograničenja protegnite i na bijelo, jer i ono, premda u manjoj mjeri, sadrži biljne polifenole tanine. Previše tanina može uzrokovati pojavu mrlja na zubima, a može im dati i žutu nijansu.

Kisela hrana i piće: Poslije izbjeljivanja zubi preporučeno je ne konzumirati nikakve kisele namirnice, od limuna do umaka od rajčice. Kisela pića mogu pojačati osjetljivost zubi, a hrana jakih boja može obojiti zube i smanjiti učinak izbjeljivanja.

Kurkuma: Ima predivnu boju, ali nitko je ne bi poželio na zubima. Najbolje je suzdržati se od kurkume koji dan, a jednako vrijedi i za curry.

Čokolada: Nažalost, nema mjesta ni čokoladi. Omiljena slastica može tamno obojiti zube koji imaju oštećenu caklinu, a tako može djelovati i sojin umak, piše Gloria.

Poslije postupka izbjeljivanja zubi, neko je vrijeme potrebno pripaziti na ono što jedemo i pijemo, kako ne bismo doveli u pitanje učinke izbjeljivanja. Nakon tog tretmana, naime, caklini je potrebno od 48 do 72 sata da se ponovo mineralizira. Ako su na njoj prisutne sićušne pukotine, ostaci hrane jakih boja mogu se u njih uvući te se može dogoditi da na netom izbijeljenim zubima nastanu mrlje koje neće tek tako otići. Istodobno, izbjeljivanje privremeno dehidrira zube, pa su i zbog toga osjetljiviji i boja se lakše na njih prima, piše Gloria.

Zatvaranje pora

Kako bi se izbjegle takve neželjene pojave i dodatni stomatološki radovi kojima će se ukloniti mrlje, najuputnije je smanjiti rizik na minimum i izbjegavati konzumaciju intenzivno pigmentirane hrane i pića dva do tri dana nakon izbjeljivanja. Toliko je dovoljno da se zatvore pore koje su nastale tijekom postupka. Dobro je pridržavati se "svijetle dijete", odnosno izbjegavati sve ono što može nepopravljivo zamrljati bijelu majicu. Naravno, nemojte ni pušiti, jer od pušenja zubi postaju sivi, a nosi i brojne druge zdravstvene rizike. Evo i popisa namirnica koje je poslije izbjeljivanja najbolje zaobići.

Tamna lista

Bobičasto voće: Nažalost, na prvom je mjestu. Borovnice, kupine, maline... vrlo lako mogu zaprljati caklinu s oštećenjima, osobito nakon izbjeljivanja.

Kava i čaj: Omiljeni napici glavni su krivci za žute zube, a čak je i biljni čaj rizičan. Ako baš ne možete bez doze kofeina dan ili dva, pokušajte piti ledenu kavu na slamku kako biste smanjili kontakt sa zubima. Odmah nakon konzumacije nanesite gel za izbjeljivanje, kako se mrlje ne bi stigle stvrdnuti na zubima.

Gazirana pića, ali i sokovi: I gazirana pića su na popisu onih koje valja izbjegavati. Iako mogu bita svijetla i slatka, u sastavu imaju kiseline (limunske i fosforne) koje oštećuju i "tope" caklinu, pa zubna kost postaje izložena. Najbolje bi stoga bilo zaboraviti na njih i inače, a ne samo poslije izbjeljivanja. Jednako djeluju i seltzeri, gazirane vode s okusom i alkoholom. Poželjno bi bilo preskočiti i voćne sokove, naročito one zelene i crvene.

Vino: U tjednu izbjeljivanja svakako zaboravite na crno vino, no ograničenja protegnite i na bijelo, jer i ono, premda u manjoj mjeri, sadrži biljne polifenole tanine. Previše tanina može uzrokovati pojavu mrlja na zubima, a može im dati i žutu nijansu.

Kisela hrana i piće: Poslije izbjeljivanja zubi preporučeno je ne konzumirati nikakve kisele namirnice, od limuna do umaka od rajčice. Kisela pića mogu pojačati osjetljivost zubi, a hrana jakih boja može obojiti zube i smanjiti učinak izbjeljivanja.

Kurkuma: Ima predivnu boju, ali nitko je ne bi poželio na zubima. Najbolje je suzdržati se od kurkume koji dan, a jednako vrijedi i za curry.

Čokolada: Nažalost, nema mjesta ni čokoladi. Omiljena slastica može tamno obojiti zube koji imaju oštećenu caklinu, a tako može djelovati i sojin umak, piše Gloria.
