Znanstveno je dokazano da većina ljudi ima gripu barem jednom godišnje. I dok se neki oslanjaju na cjepivo protiv gripa, drugi se oslanjaju na prirodni obrambeni mehanizam našeg tijela, koji nas može zaštititi.
Gripa napada gornji i donji respiratorni trakt sa simptomima začepljenog nosa, grlobolje, kihanja, kašlja i glavobolje. Obična prehlada ima slične simptome, ali ako imate visoku temperaturu, glavobolju, bolove u kostima i mišićima, gubitak apetita, opću slabost i umor, to nije prehlada, nego gripa.
Biljni lijekovi sadrže aktivne sastojke, koji posjeduju antivirusna, antibakterijska i antigljivična svojstva, što je potvrđeno ne samo dugogodišnjim korištenjem ovih biljaka, nego i laboratorijskim istraživanjima.
Stoga ćemo navesti nekoliko biljaka koje jačaju imunitet i stvaraju štit od mnogih bolesti.
Echinacea
Poznata je zbog svojih imunostimulirajućih svojstava, zahvaljujući kojima povećava otpornost organizma na viruse i bakterije. Također, dokazano je da ehinaceja učinkovito djeluje kod akutnih infekcija dišnih putova, uključujući gripu, prehladu, bronhitis, sinusitis, tonzilitis, upalu uha i peludnu groznicu. Najbolje je da uzmete Echinaceu kod prvih simptoma bolesti.
Češnjak
Sadrži supstancu alicin koja ima antimikrobna svojstva. Zbog alicina češnjak vrlo je učinkovit kod kroničnog bronhitisa, gripa i čestih prehlada. Od davnina se koristi u narodnoj medicini kao sredstvo za jačanje organizma, protiv kožnih bolesti, za liječenje reumatizma, visokog krvnog tlaka, šećerne bolesti...
Ginseng
Postoji nekoliko vrsta, ali sve su efikasne za jačanje imuniteta. Ova biljka je idealna za ljude koji imaju slabiji imunitet uslijed fizičkog napora ili stresa.
Ekstrakt sjemenki grejpa
Ovo je snažan prirodni antibiotik. U laboratorijskim testiranjima ekstrakt sjemenki grejpa pokazao se učinkovitim na više od 500 vrsta bakterija, virusa i gljivica. Dobra je prevencija od gripa i prehlade. Kod već bolesnih osoba, smanjuje trajanje i jačinu bolesti. Ekstrakt sjemenki grejpa apsolutno nije štetan i zbog toga ga mogu uzimati trudnice, dojilje i male bebe.
Propolis
Oduvijek je poznat ljekoviti proizvod pčela medarica, a zbog svog sastava propolis djeluje protiv virusa, bakterija i gljivica. Specifičan je po tome što bakterije na njemu ne stvaraju otpornost i nema štetnih popratnih pojava, za razliku od mnogih sintetičkih antibiotika.
Nadalje, znanstvenici su potvrdili kako je propolis bio važan i cijenjen proizvod u medicini Egipćana, Babilonaca, Arapa, Grka, Rimljana i drugih starih naroda.
Crni kumin
Zove se još i ćurokot i upotrebljava se više od 2000 godina za liječenje mnogih bolesti, uključujući gripu. O njegovim nevjerojatnim ljekovitim svojstvima govorio je prorok Muhamed: ‘‘Crni kumin liječi sve osim smrti‘‘.
Može se koristiti za prevenciju gripe, ili za liječenje gripe i prehlade, a pomaže i kod dugotrajnog kašlja. Općenito, crni kumin osnažuje imunitet i sadrži više od 100 vitamina i nutrijenata.
Đumbir
Trajna gomoljasta biljka iz porodice ljiljana, podrijetlom iz Kine. Ova višegodišnja biljka rasprostranjena je po Aziji, u kojoj se tisućama godina koristi kao lijek, začin, hrana i sredstvo za uljepšavanje.
Ayurveda smatra đumbir jednim od najefikasnijih lijekova protiv gripe i prehlade, što su potvrdila brojna provedena istraživanja.

Znanstveno je dokazano da većina ljudi ima gripu barem jednom godišnje. I dok se neki oslanjaju na cjepivo protiv gripa, drugi se oslanjaju na prirodni obrambeni mehanizam našeg tijela, koji nas može zaštititi.
Gripa napada gornji i donji respiratorni trakt sa simptomima začepljenog nosa, grlobolje, kihanja, kašlja i glavobolje. Obična prehlada ima slične simptome, ali ako imate visoku temperaturu, glavobolju, bolove u kostima i mišićima, gubitak apetita, opću slabost i umor, to nije prehlada, nego gripa.

Također, dokazano je da ehinaceja učinkovito djeluje kod akutnih infekcija dišnih putova, uključujući gripu, prehladu, bronhitis, sinusitis, tonzilitis, upalu uha i peludnu groznicu. Najbolje je da uzmete Echinaceu kod prvih simptoma bolesti.
Češnjak
Sadrži supstancu alicin koja ima antimikrobna svojstva. Zbog alicina češnjak vrlo je učinkovit kod kroničnog bronhitisa, gripa i čestih prehlada. Od davnina se koristi u narodnoj medicini kao sredstvo za jačanje organizma, protiv kožnih bolesti, za liječenje reumatizma, visokog krvnog tlaka, šećerne bolesti...
Ginseng
Postoji nekoliko vrsta, ali sve su efikasne za jačanje imuniteta. Ova biljka je idealna za ljude koji imaju slabiji imunitet uslijed fizičkog napora ili stresa.
Ekstrakt sjemenki grejpa
Ovo je snažan prirodni antibiotik. U laboratorijskim testiranjima ekstrakt sjemenki grejpa pokazao se učinkovitim na više od 500 vrsta bakterija, virusa i gljivica. Dobra je prevencija od gripa i prehlade. Kod već bolesnih osoba, smanjuje trajanje i jačinu bolesti. Ekstrakt sjemenki grejpa apsolutno nije štetan i zbog toga ga mogu uzimati trudnice, dojilje i male bebe.
Propolis
Oduvijek je poznat ljekoviti proizvod pčela medarica, a zbog svog sastava propolis djeluje protiv virusa, bakterija i gljivica. Specifičan je po tome što bakterije na njemu ne stvaraju otpornost i nema štetnih popratnih pojava, za razliku od mnogih sintetičkih antibiotika.
Nadalje, znanstvenici su potvrdili kako je propolis bio važan i cijenjen proizvod u medicini Egipćana, Babilonaca, Arapa, Grka, Rimljana i drugih starih naroda.
Crni kumin
Zove se još i ćurokot i upotrebljava se više od 2000 godina za liječenje mnogih bolesti, uključujući gripu. O njegovim nevjerojatnim ljekovitim svojstvima govorio je prorok Muhamed: ‘‘Crni kumin liječi sve osim smrti‘‘.
Može se koristiti za prevenciju gripe, ili za liječenje gripe i prehlade, a pomaže i kod dugotrajnog kašlja. Općenito, crni kumin osnažuje imunitet i sadrži više od 100 vitamina i nutrijenata.
Đumbir
Trajna gomoljasta biljka iz porodice ljiljana, podrijetlom iz Kine. Ova višegodišnja biljka rasprostranjena je po Aziji, u kojoj se tisućama godina koristi kao lijek, začin, hrana i sredstvo za uljepšavanje.
Ayurveda smatra đumbir jednim od najefikasnijih lijekova protiv gripe i prehlade, što su potvrdila brojna provedena istraživanja.
