Obično se daje savjet da tko hoće ili želi, masturbira u svoja četiri zida. No ne i i britanski psiholozi i novinari u engleskom Metrou, koji se zalažu za masturbiranje na poslu!

Novinarka Metroa Ellen Scott zapitala se treba li samozadovoljavanje, kao anti-stres faktor na radnom mjestu, tretirati jednako kao i uzimanje pauze tijekom radnog vremena za vježbanje ili kratkog sna kako bi napunili baterije. Scott je potražila i mišljenje stručnjaka o toj tematici, prenosi menshealth.hr.

Mark Seargent, psiholog na Sveučilištu Nottingham Trent misli da 'pauza na poslu za masturbiranje može biti učinkovita, kao neki oblik samomotivirajuće nagrade za ostvarenje dnevnih zadataka.' Psiholog Cliff Arnall slaže se s njime rekavši kako bi to moglo dovesti do 'više usredotočenosti, manje agresije, veće produktivnosti i više smijeha'. 

No, Arnall briga i zbog dvije važne činjenice - mogućnost još veće frustriranosti ako ne dođete do orgazma i pritisak da završite za vrijeme pauze za ručak. Također smatra da pri 'tehniciranju' ne bi smjeli misliti na neku kolegicu, jer će to vjerojatno dovesti do 'kognitivnih oštećenja'. No, pri tome nije spominjao druge lude stvari o kojima dečki fantaziraju dok se samozadovoljavaju.

Neki to već i rade za vrijeme posla. Dakle, anketa Gulfija –' pop up prostora za masturbiranje', koji je jednako čudan kao i što zvuči – otkrila je kako 40 posto Njujorčana masturbira tijekom radnog vremena.

Obično se daje savjet da tko hoće ili želi, masturbira u svoja četiri zida. No ne i i britanski psiholozi i novinari u engleskom Metrou, koji se zalažu za masturbiranje na poslu!

Novinarka Metroa Ellen Scott zapitala se treba li samozadovoljavanje, kao anti-stres faktor na radnom mjestu, tretirati jednako kao i uzimanje pauze tijekom radnog vremena za vježbanje ili kratkog sna kako bi napunili baterije. Scott je potražila i mišljenje stručnjaka o toj tematici, prenosi menshealth.hr.

Mark Seargent, psiholog na Sveučilištu Nottingham Trent misli da 'pauza na poslu za masturbiranje može biti učinkovita, kao neki oblik samomotivirajuće nagrade za ostvarenje dnevnih zadataka.' Psiholog Cliff Arnall slaže se s njime rekavši kako bi to moglo dovesti do 'više usredotočenosti, manje agresije, veće produktivnosti i više smijeha'. 

No, Arnall briga i zbog dvije važne činjenice - mogućnost još veće frustriranosti ako ne dođete do orgazma i pritisak da završite za vrijeme pauze za ručak. Također smatra da pri 'tehniciranju' ne bi smjeli misliti na neku kolegicu, jer će to vjerojatno dovesti do 'kognitivnih oštećenja'. No, pri tome nije spominjao druge lude stvari o kojima dečki fantaziraju dok se samozadovoljavaju.

Neki to već i rade za vrijeme posla. Dakle, anketa Gulfija –' pop up prostora za masturbiranje', koji je jednako čudan kao i što zvuči – otkrila je kako 40 posto Njujorčana masturbira tijekom radnog vremena.
