Anksioznost je vrlo uobičajen problem. Otprilike jedna od deset osoba obraća se liječniku zbog osjećaja napetosti, anksioznosti ili zabrinutosti. Šta je pravilo tri?

Anksioznost je vrlo uobičajen problem. Otprilike jedna od deset osoba obraća se liječniku zbog osjećaja napetosti, anksioznosti ili zabrinutosti. Mnogi drugi pate od problema koji mogu rezultirati anksioznošću. Anksiozni poremećaji su najčešći psihički poremećaji. Šta je pravilo tri?

Kada ste pod stresom, dozvolite sebi da posvetite energiju samo brizi o tri stvari u bilo kom trenutku. Vizualizirajte drvo sa tri grane na njemu, s jednom brigom koja je dodijeljena svakoj grani. Ako ste zabrinut zbog kašnjenja radova na kući, to je jedna grana. Ako brinete o susretu sa svekrvom, to je druga grana. Nakon toga, možete samo dodati još jednu stvar. Ako je vaše drvo već napunjeno kada vam izgori ručak možete napuniti novu granu ili odlučiti da ne brinete o trenutnoj situaciji.

To što morate svaki dan suziti svoje brige na samo nekoliko koje su "vrijedne" stresa otvara oči. Razmišljajući o svojim strahovima na ovaj direktan način postaje očigledno da, iako neki od problema imaju rješenja koja se mogu primijeniti, a drugi su potpuno van vaše kontrole.

Anksioznost je vrlo uobičajen problem. Otprilike jedna od deset osoba obraća se liječniku zbog osjećaja napetosti, anksioznosti ili zabrinutosti. Šta je pravilo tri?

Kada ste pod stresom, dozvolite sebi da posvetite energiju samo brizi o tri stvari u bilo kom trenutku. Vizualizirajte drvo sa tri grane na njemu, s jednom brigom koja je dodijeljena svakoj grani. Nakon što se stablo napuni, to je to — nikakve dodatne brige ne mogu preuzeti mentalni prostor, piše Klix.
