Povjerenstvo za humane lijekove (CHMP) Europske agencije za lijekove centraliziranim postupkom odobrava lijekove, čime se pacijentima u EU-u omogućuje pristup novim terapijskim opcijama.

CHMP je preporučio odobravanje trinaest novih lijekova. Kimmtrak (tebentafusp) namijenjen je liječenju uvealnog melanoma, vrste raka oka. Ovaj je lijek ocijenjen putem EMA-inog ubrzanog postupka ocjene. Također, ovom je lijeku tijekom razvoja dodijeljen status lijeka za rijetke i teške bolesti (orphan status), piše Portal Zdravlje.

Lijek Vydura (rimegepant) namijenjen je za profilaksu i za akutno liječenje migrene

Odobrenje su također dobili: Cjepivo PreHevbrio (protiv hepatitisa B, rekombinantno, adsorbirano) namijenjeno za aktivnu imunizaciju protiv hepatitisa B. Lijek Kapruvia (difelikefalin) namijenjen liječenju umjerenog do teškog pruritusa koji se javlja u bolesnika s kroničnom bolesti bubrega.

Lijek Orgovyx (relugoliks) namijenjen liječenju raka prostate, Quviviq (daridoreksant) namijenjen liječenju nesanice, Vydura (rimegepant) namijenjen za profilaksu i za akutno liječenje migrene. Dva bioslična lijeka: Inpremzia (ljudski inzulin (rDNA)) i Truvelog Mix 30 (inzulin aspart), namijenjenih liječenju dijabetesa melitusa.

Odobrenje je dobilo pet generičkih lijekova: Dimethyl fumarate Mylan (dimetilfumarat), Dimethyl fumarate Neuraxpharm (dimetilfumarat) i Dimethyl fumarate Polpharma (dimetilfumarat), namijenjenih liječenju relapsno-remitirajuće multiple skleroze u odraslih bolesnika te Amversio (bezvodni betain) namijenjen liječenju homocistinurije i Sitagliptin Accord (sitagliptin) namijenjen liječenju dijabetesa melitusa tipa 2, piše Portal Zdravlje.

Povjerenstvo za humane lijekove (CHMP) Europske agencije za lijekove centraliziranim postupkom odobrava lijekove, čime se pacijentima u EU-u omogućuje pristup novim terapijskim opcijama.

CHMP je preporučio odobravanje trinaest novih lijekova. Kimmtrak (tebentafusp) namijenjen je liječenju uvealnog melanoma, vrste raka oka. Ovaj je lijek ocijenjen putem EMA-inog ubrzanog postupka ocjene. Također, ovom je lijeku tijekom razvoja dodijeljen status lijeka za rijetke i teške bolesti (orphan status), piše Portal Zdravlje.

Odobrenje su također dobili: Cjepivo PreHevbrio (protiv hepatitisa B, rekombinantno, adsorbirano) namijenjeno za aktivnu imunizaciju protiv hepatitisa B. Lijek Kapruvia (difelikefalin) namijenjen liječenju umjerenog do teškog pruritusa koji se javlja u bolesnika s kroničnom bolesti bubrega.

Lijek Orgovyx (relugoliks) namijenjen liječenju raka prostate, Quviviq (daridoreksant) namijenjen liječenju nesanice, Vydura (rimegepant) namijenjen za profilaksu i za akutno liječenje migrene. Dva bioslična lijeka: Inpremzia (ljudski inzulin (rDNA)) i Truvelog Mix 30 (inzulin aspart), namijenjenih liječenju dijabetesa melitusa.

Odobrenje je dobilo pet generičkih lijekova: Dimethyl fumarate Mylan (dimetilfumarat), Dimethyl fumarate Neuraxpharm (dimetilfumarat) i Dimethyl fumarate Polpharma (dimetilfumarat), namijenjenih liječenju relapsno-remitirajuće multiple skleroze u odraslih bolesnika te Amversio (bezvodni betain) namijenjen liječenju homocistinurije i Sitagliptin Accord (sitagliptin) namijenjen liječenju dijabetesa melitusa tipa 2, piše Portal Zdravlje.
