Mnoge žene nekoliko dana prije menstruacije osjećaju tjeskobu. To su obično prilično blagi simptomi koji se mogu kontrolirati, no moguć je i teži oblik "predmenstrualne tjeskobe", koji vas može ometati u svakodnevnim aktivnostima.
Koji su razlozi tih problema i kako ih možete ublažiti?
Osjećaji anksioznosti koji se javljaju prije menstruacije često su povezani s normalnim hormonalnim promjenama koje se javljaju tijekom pojedinih menstrualnih ciklusa.
Tijekom ovulacije tijelo se priprema za moguću trudnoću, što između ostalog znači i oslobađanje većih količina progesterona - hormona koji "štiti trudnoću". Ako jajna stanica nije oplođena, što znači da menstruacija započinje otprilike dva tjedna nakon ovulacije, razina progesterona ponovno padaju.

Riječ je o intenzivnijoj verziji predmenstrualnog sindroma, koju karakteriziraju, između ostalog, vrlo izražene promjene raspoloženja.
Simptomi koji prate ovaj sindrom mogu biti gotovo identični onima koji su karakteristični za generalizirani anksiozni poremećaj, ali glavna razlika je u tome što se ti simptomi pojave samo tjedan ili dva prije menstruacije, a zatim nestanu. Zatim se ovaj ciklus ponavlja svaki mjesec.

Oslobodite se obaveza
Umjesto toga, pokušajte o njima razgovarati s nekim u koga imate povjerenja, a bit će vrlo korisno zabilježiti i te osjećaje. Vježbe disanja i s njima povezane tehnike opuštanja također mogu pomoći u ublažavanju tjeskobe prije menstruacije.

Mnoge žene nekoliko dana prije menstruacije osjećaju tjeskobu. To su obično prilično blagi simptomi koji se mogu kontrolirati, no moguć je i teži oblik "predmenstrualne tjeskobe", koji vas može ometati u svakodnevnim aktivnostima.
Koji su razlozi tih problema i kako ih možete ublažiti?
Osjećaji anksioznosti koji se javljaju prije menstruacije često su povezani s normalnim hormonalnim promjenama koje se javljaju tijekom pojedinih menstrualnih ciklusa.
Tijekom ovulacije tijelo se priprema za moguću trudnoću, što između ostalog znači i oslobađanje većih količina progesterona - hormona koji "štiti trudnoću". Ako jajna stanica nije oplođena, što znači da menstruacija započinje otprilike dva tjedna nakon ovulacije, razina progesterona ponovno padaju.

Promjene povezane s progesteronom i drugim spolnim hormonima, između ostalog, utječu i na tzv. neurotransmiteri, koji također uključuju serotonin i dopamin, koji imaju velik utjecaj na raspoloženje.
Povećana anksioznost u razdoblju prije menstruacije može biti povezana s određenim strahovima. Ako su mjesečnice često vrlo bolne ili ako imate problema s jakim menstrualnim grčevima, možete se početi bojati tog razdoblja.
Kombinacija vaših strahova ili negativnih očekivanja i hormonalnih promjena može biti odgovorna za vrlo težak oblik tjeskobe prije menstruacije. Međutim, osjećaji tjeskobe u danima prije menstruacije ponekad mogu biti povezani s malo ozbiljnijim problemima.
Izražene promjene raspoloženja
Jedan od takvih je predmenstrualni disforični poremećaj.
Riječ je o intenzivnijoj verziji predmenstrualnog sindroma, koju karakteriziraju, između ostalog, vrlo izražene promjene raspoloženja.
Simptomi koji prate ovaj sindrom mogu biti gotovo identični onima koji su karakteristični za generalizirani anksiozni poremećaj, ali glavna razlika je u tome što se ti simptomi pojave samo tjedan ili dva prije menstruacije, a zatim nestanu. Zatim se ovaj ciklus ponavlja svaki mjesec.
Vrlo teški oblik anksioznih problema svakako zahtijeva stručnu pomoć - bez obzira na razlog. Ako su to problemi koji ometaju i najosnovnije svakodnevne aktivnosti, svakako je dobro što prije razgovarati o tome sa svojim ginekologom koji vas po potrebi može uputiti k drugim stručnjacima.

Za rješavanje blažeg oblika anksioznosti prije menstruacije stručnjaci savjetuju da ne potiskujete svoje osjećaje, jer će se oni najvjerojatnije samo pojačati.
Oslobodite se obaveza
Umjesto toga, pokušajte o njima razgovarati s nekim u koga imate povjerenja, a bit će vrlo korisno zabilježiti i te osjećaje. Vježbe disanja i s njima povezane tehnike opuštanja također mogu pomoći u ublažavanju tjeskobe prije menstruacije.
Istodobno, vodite računa o tome da vaš raspored u razdoblju prije menstruacije ne bude pretjerano zauzet.
Ako vam zbog tjeskobe treba više vremena za sebe nego inače, ovo vam neće predstavljati preveliki problem.
Također se preporučuje da se prije menstruacije pripremite za eventualne jače grčeve. Nabavite lijekove protiv bolova, termofor i slična pomagala. Ako znate da bol možete brzo ublažiti, strah će biti puno manji, pa će dani prije očekivane menstruacije najvjerojatnije biti znatno ugodniji.
