Cheesecake se sigurno nalazi na samom vrhu vašeg popisa omiljenih slastica. Malo promjene uvijek dobro dođe pa smo pronašli recept za slasne kocke čija je priprema slična, ali je okus sasvim drugačiji zahvaljujući jednom sastojku. Glavni sastojak nije svježi sir već mileram.

Mileram je po svom okusu i sastavu najsličniji kiselom vrhnju, od kojeg ga razlikuje veća količina mliječne masti. Zahvaljujući njegovoj teksturi vaše će kocke biti savršeno kremaste i bogatog okusa.   

Kad u priču ubacimo i kiselkast preljev od šumskog voća, jasno je zašto je ovo kombinacija koju morate isprobati. Uz to, presjek izgleda savršeno – pripremite se da će vas svi tražiti recept. 

Mileram kocke

Sastojci:

Za biskvit:

250 g glatkog brašna
100 g maslaca
75 g šećera u prahu
1/2 praška za pecivo
2 vrećice vanilin šećera
1 jaje
1 limun
90 g kiselog vrhnja

Za kremu:

500 ml mlijeka
2 pudinga od vanilije
200 g šećera
400 g milerama
250 g kiselog vrhnja

Za preljev:

2 vrećice preljeva za torte
20 g šećera
500 g smrznutog šumskog voća 
3 dl vode

Priprema: 

Prosijte brašno i dodajte prašak za pecivo. Dodajte maslac istrgan na listiće, šećer u prahu, vanilin šećer, sok jednog limuna, jaje i kiselo vrhnje. Sastojke umijesite u tijesto i ostavite pokriveno u hladnjaku na sat vremena. 

Za pripremu kreme stavite kuhati 400 ml mlijeka i šećer, a u drugu posudu dodajte 100 ml mlijeka i puding te ga dobro izmiješajte da se rastopi u mlijeku. Kad mlijeko zakuha dodajte sadržaj posude i kuhajte još dvije minute uz stalno miješanje. U vrući puding odmah dodajte mileram i kiselo vrhnje. 

Ohlađeno tijesto razvaljajte i stavite na lim s pekač papirom. Kremu ravnomjerno rasporedite po biskvitu i sve zajedno pecite 35 minuta na 180 stupnjeva. Kolač ohladite sat vremena. 

U 2,5 dl vode dodajte šumsko voće i šećer. Kada zakuha, izgnječite šumsko voće tako da se u teksturi i dalje osjete komadići. Dodajte i preljev za torte zamućen s 0,5 dl vode te nastavite kuhati još minutu. Prelijte preljev preko torte i sve ohladite minimalno tri sata prije posluživanja.

Cheesecake se sigurno nalazi na samom vrhu vašeg popisa omiljenih slastica. Malo promjene uvijek dobro dođe pa smo pronašli recept za slasne kocke čija je priprema slična, ali je okus sasvim drugačiji zahvaljujući jednom sastojku. Glavni sastojak nije svježi sir već mileram.

Mileram je po svom okusu i sastavu najsličniji kiselom vrhnju, od kojeg ga razlikuje veća količina mliječne masti. Zahvaljujući njegovoj teksturi vaše će kocke biti savršeno kremaste i bogatog okusa.   

Kad u priču ubacimo i kiselkast preljev od šumskog voća, jasno je zašto je ovo kombinacija koju morate isprobati. Uz to, presjek izgleda savršeno – pripremite se da će vas svi tražiti recept. 

Mileram kocke

Sastojci:

Za biskvit:

250 g glatkog brašna
100 g maslaca
75 g šećera u prahu
1/2 praška za pecivo
2 vrećice vanilin šećera
1 jaje
1 limun
90 g kiselog vrhnja

Za kremu:

500 ml mlijeka
2 pudinga od vanilije
200 g šećera
400 g milerama
250 g kiselog vrhnja

Za preljev:

2 vrećice preljeva za torte
20 g šećera
500 g smrznutog šumskog voća 
3 dl vode

Priprema: 

Prosijte brašno i dodajte prašak za pecivo. Dodajte maslac istrgan na listiće, šećer u prahu, vanilin šećer, sok jednog limuna, jaje i kiselo vrhnje. Sastojke umijesite u tijesto i ostavite pokriveno u hladnjaku na sat vremena. 

Za pripremu kreme stavite kuhati 400 ml mlijeka i šećer, a u drugu posudu dodajte 100 ml mlijeka i puding te ga dobro izmiješajte da se rastopi u mlijeku. Kad mlijeko zakuha dodajte sadržaj posude i kuhajte još dvije minute uz stalno miješanje. U vrući puding odmah dodajte mileram i kiselo vrhnje. 

Ohlađeno tijesto razvaljajte i stavite na lim s pekač papirom. Kremu ravnomjerno rasporedite po biskvitu i sve zajedno pecite 35 minuta na 180 stupnjeva. Kolač ohladite sat vremena. 

U 2,5 dl vode dodajte šumsko voće i šećer. Kada zakuha, izgnječite šumsko voće tako da se u teksturi i dalje osjete komadići. Dodajte i preljev za torte zamućen s 0,5 dl vode te nastavite kuhati još minutu. Prelijte preljev preko torte i sve ohladite minimalno tri sata prije posluživanja.

Kremasto savršenstvo koje spaja slatko i kiselo. Recept je sličan cheesecaku, ali glavni sastojak je ipak malo drugačiji

Cheesecake se sigurno nalazi na samom vrhu vašeg popisa omiljenih slastica. Malo promjene uvijek dobro dođe pa smo pronašli recept za slasne kocke čija je priprema slična, ali je okus sasvim drugačiji zahvaljujući jednom sastojku. Glavni sastojak nije svježi sir već mileram.

Mileram je po svom okusu i sastavu najsličniji kiselom vrhnju, od kojeg ga razlikuje veća količina mliječne masti. Zahvaljujući njegovoj teksturi vaše će kocke biti savršeno kremaste i bogatog okusa.   

Kad u priču ubacimo i kiselkast preljev od šumskog voća, jasno je zašto je ovo kombinacija koju morate isprobati. Uz to, presjek izgleda savršeno – pripremite se da će vas svi tražiti recept. 

Mileram kocke

Sastojci:

Za biskvit:

250 g glatkog brašna
100 g maslaca
75 g šećera u prahu
1/2 praška za pecivo
2 vrećice vanilin šećera
1 jaje
1 limun
90 g kiselog vrhnja

Za kremu:

500 ml mlijeka
2 pudinga od vanilije
200 g šećera
400 g milerama
250 g kiselog vrhnja

Za preljev:

2 vrećice preljeva za torte
20 g šećera
500 g smrznutog šumskog voća 
3 dl vode

Priprema: 

Prosijte brašno i dodajte prašak za pecivo. Dodajte maslac istrgan na listiće, šećer u prahu, vanilin šećer, sok jednog limuna, jaje i kiselo vrhnje. Sastojke umijesite u tijesto i ostavite pokriveno u hladnjaku na sat vremena. 

Za pripremu kreme stavite kuhati 400 ml mlijeka i šećer, a u drugu posudu dodajte 100 ml mlijeka i puding te ga dobro izmiješajte da se rastopi u mlijeku. Kad mlijeko zakuha dodajte sadržaj posude i kuhajte još dvije minute uz stalno miješanje. U vrući puding odmah dodajte mileram i kiselo vrhnje. 

Ohlađeno tijesto razvaljajte i stavite na lim s pekač papirom. Kremu ravnomjerno rasporedite po biskvitu i sve zajedno pecite 35 minuta na 180 stupnjeva. Kolač ohladite sat vremena. 

U 2,5 dl vode dodajte šumsko voće i šećer. Kada zakuha, izgnječite šumsko voće tako da se u teksturi i dalje osjete komadići. Dodajte i preljev za torte zamućen s 0,5 dl vode te nastavite kuhati još minutu. Prelijte preljev preko torte i sve ohladite minimalno tri sata prije posluživanja.
