Tko bi rekao da se pizza može u pećnicu staviti na pogrešan način! I da to može u tolikoj mjeri utjecati na način kako se se omiljeno jelo ispeći...
No, moguće je i bitno je. Ako želite savršeno ispečenu pizzu, na ovo ćete trebati pripaziti.
Da bi vam se tijesto ispeklo kako treba i postalo baš savršeno, a nadjev ostao sočan, potreban je određen program pečenja. Mislite li da je to opcija s ventilatorom, koju inače svi volimo jer pojačava hrskavost hrane, skraćuje vrijeme pečenja i omogućuje pečenje na nešto nižoj temperaturi, štedeći nam tako struju, u krivu ste.
Prava opcija je - grill program. Podesite pećnicu na tu postavku i dobro je zagrijte, iznenadit će vas kako će se pizza bolje ispeći.
No, to nije sve. Za najbolji rezultat bit će vam potreban pizza kamen ili pak poseban debeli čelični lim za pečenje pizze, koji se pokazao izvrsnom alternativom pizza kamenu. Nemate li čelični pekač, poslužit će vam debela tava od lijevanog željeza koja može u pećnicu, a ako nemate baš ništa od navedenog, uzmite teću debljeg dna koja nema plastične drškice ili pak sasvim običnu roštijeru, ali je okrenite naopako.

Možete je rastegnuti i nadjenuti na drugom limu, s kojeg ćete je jednostavno skliznuti na onaj zagrijani.

Pizzu zatim treba hitro prebaciti na zagrijano postolje i ubaciti u pećnicu. Peći će se tek nekoliko minuta, zato dobro pripazite da vam ne zagori.
Posljedica ovakvog tretmana bit će fino zapečeno tijesto koje se brzo ispeklo jer se grije odozdo i odozgo, što skraćuje vrijeme pečenja i omogućuje nadjevu da ostane sočan.
