Split se probudio iz zimskog sna, a s njim i njegova gastroscena. Otvaraju se novi objekti, pri čemu je izuzetno zanimljiv detalj da su mnogi otvoreni van strogog centra grada pa i po četvrtima koje se do sada  ni po čemu (dobrome) nisu mogle povezati s gastronimijom.

Mnogi od onih koji su se odlučili na zimski time-out ponovno su otvorili vrata, pri čemu ih je dio zadržao uhodane postave, dok se dio odlučio uvesti nove ljude u svoje timove.

I jedni i drugi, baš kao i oni koji su marljivo radili cijele zime, sad su u utrci za svakog gosta, na radost bonkulovića jer utrka za svakog gosta znači puno zanimljivih događanja, novih jelovnika, tematskih večeri, degustacija i drugih lipih stvari.

U svem tom obilju primamljivih ponuda nije se, moram vam priznati, lako odlučiti što izabrati. Zaista lijepa promjena u odnosu na zimsku dosadu, a pomalo monotonu situzaciju u gastronomskom smislu od prije koju godinu da ni ne spominjem. 

Počnimo s novitadama. Po meni, najzanimljivije novootvoreno mjesto je K.užina, restoran o kojem sam vam nedavno pisala, podsjetite se na ovom linku što mi je ispričao vlasnik objekta u ulici Kraj sv. Marije, chef Toni Boban.

Riječ je o prvom restoranu kuhara kojeg smo upoznali i zavoljeli u kultnom Cortu Maltese, a napomenimo i da je riječ o učeniku velikog Hrvoja Zirojevića. Zirojević mu je prije koji dan gostovao u K.užini, a nadajmo se da će sličnih događanja biti i u skoroj budućnosti. Prema onome što mi je chef Boban najavio, hoće, a već večeras možete isprobati njihov degustacijski meni sa vinima istarske vinarije Poletti.

Veseli me i ponovno otvaranje restorana Pinku Fish&Wine na Obrovu (iza peškarije). Ako već niste stigli provjeriti što se nudi u Pinku, izdvojite pinku vremena pa to ispravite. Restoran ima Michelinovu preporuku, a služi vrlo zanimljiva jela od ribe i drugih morskih bića pripremljena na nešto drugačiji način. Kako se šuška, ove će sezone, za razliku od prošle kad su posluživali samo večeru, ponovno raditi i u vrijeme ručka.

Nakon kraće pauze, otvoren je i Krug na Zapadnoj obali, restoran koji me oborio s nogu ne samo izvrsnom hranom nego i neobičnim konceptom (svi gosti sjede za istim stolom, na ovom linku možete pročitati cijelu priču). Napominjem da je za posjet Krugu potrebna prethodna rezervacija.

Svoja je vrata otvorio i ZOI, izvrstan restoran s cijelim nizom prestižnih priznanja i preporuka, a ako vam treba poseban razlog za posjetiti ga neka to bude novi jelovnik. Nisam ga još stigla provjeriti pa vam ne mogu reći ništa iz prve ruke, no kako čujem, dugo je i pomno pripreman pa će biti interesantno doznati kakva nam je iznenađenja pripremila ekipa cheaf Roka Nikolića...

Od zanimljivih događanja meni je osobno najprimamljivije gostovanje Davida Skoke u restoranu hotela Park, 11. travnja. Jednog od naših najboljih chefova ugostit će Parkov chef Tonči Puljić, a bit će zanimljivo za vidjeti kako će se dva chefa složiti u kužini. Bila sam na nedavnom gostovanju Denija Srdoča kod chefa Puljića i bilo je zaista jako dobro.

Još se jedno interesantno gostovanje sprema i to već večeras: u restoranu Makarun pokrenuli su dosta zanimljiv koncept Makarun Meets The World, u sklopu kojeg njihov chef Ivica Radić u goste prima chefove iz različitih zemalja. Bila sam na gostovanju korejskog chefa Cheolhui Leeja, inače glavnog chefa u Veleposlanstvu Republike Koreje u Zagrebu i bilo je baš ugodno. Večeras im gostuje danski kuhar Simon Clemens, a događaj se odvija u suradnji s ambasadom Kraljevine Danske.

Meni je uvijek drago svratiti u Artičoka, pa mi poseban povod ne treba, ali evo jednog koji me baš zaintrigirao. Za 18. travnja zakazano je gostovanje kultnog beogradskog street fooda Pretop čija bi se kulinarska filozofija mogla sažeti u tri riječi: bread&schwein&champagne. Nije ni čudo da im je to slogan.

Vratimo se na samom kraju gore spomenutom meštru Zirojeviću (nedavno je proglašen vitezom kulinarstva, ovdje možete pročitati detalje. Kod njega u Dvoru od danas imaju novu ponudu zbog koje mi je odmah nekako toplo oko srca: spiza iz teće. Riječ je o tradicionalnim dalmatinskim jelima poput janjetine s bižima, pašticade s njokima, podušene teletine....

Split se probudio iz zimskog sna, a s njim i njegova gastroscena. Otvaraju se novi objekti, pri čemu je izuzetno zanimljiv detalj da su mnogi otvoreni van strogog centra grada pa i po četvrtima koje se do sada  ni po čemu (dobrome) nisu mogle povezati s gastronimijom.

Mnogi od onih koji su se odlučili na zimski time-out ponovno su otvorili vrata, pri čemu ih je dio zadržao uhodane postave, dok se dio odlučio uvesti nove ljude u svoje timove.

I jedni i drugi, baš kao i oni koji su marljivo radili cijele zime, sad su u utrci za svakog gosta, na radost bonkulovića jer utrka za svakog gosta znači puno zanimljivih događanja, novih jelovnika, tematskih večeri, degustacija i drugih lipih stvari.

U svem tom obilju primamljivih ponuda nije se, moram vam priznati, lako odlučiti što izabrati. Zaista lijepa promjena u odnosu na zimsku dosadu, a pomalo monotonu situzaciju u gastronomskom smislu od prije koju godinu da ni ne spominjem. 

Počnimo s novitadama. Po meni, najzanimljivije novootvoreno mjesto je K.užina, restoran o kojem sam vam nedavno pisala, podsjetite se na ovom linku što mi je ispričao vlasnik objekta u ulici Kraj sv. Marije, chef Toni Boban.

Riječ je o prvom restoranu kuhara kojeg smo upoznali i zavoljeli u kultnom Cortu Maltese, a napomenimo i da je riječ o učeniku velikog Hrvoja Zirojevića. Zirojević mu je prije koji dan gostovao u K.užini, a nadajmo se da će sličnih događanja biti i u skoroj budućnosti. Prema onome što mi je chef Boban najavio, hoće, a već večeras možete isprobati njihov degustacijski meni sa vinima istarske vinarije Poletti.

Veseli me i ponovno otvaranje restorana Pinku Fish&Wine na Obrovu (iza peškarije). Ako već niste stigli provjeriti što se nudi u Pinku, izdvojite pinku vremena pa to ispravite. Restoran ima Michelinovu preporuku, a služi vrlo zanimljiva jela od ribe i drugih morskih bića pripremljena na nešto drugačiji način. Kako se šuška, ove će sezone, za razliku od prošle kad su posluživali samo večeru, ponovno raditi i u vrijeme ručka.

Nakon kraće pauze, otvoren je i Krug na Zapadnoj obali, restoran koji me oborio s nogu ne samo izvrsnom hranom nego i neobičnim konceptom (svi gosti sjede za istim stolom, na ovom linku možete pročitati cijelu priču). Napominjem da je za posjet Krugu potrebna prethodna rezervacija.

Svoja je vrata otvorio i ZOI, izvrstan restoran s cijelim nizom prestižnih priznanja i preporuka, a ako vam treba poseban razlog za posjetiti ga neka to bude novi jelovnik. Nisam ga još stigla provjeriti pa vam ne mogu reći ništa iz prve ruke, no kako čujem, dugo je i pomno pripreman pa će biti interesantno doznati kakva nam je iznenađenja pripremila ekipa cheaf Roka Nikolića...

Od zanimljivih događanja meni je osobno najprimamljivije gostovanje Davida Skoke u restoranu hotela Park, 11. travnja. Jednog od naših najboljih chefova ugostit će Parkov chef Tonči Puljić, a bit će zanimljivo za vidjeti kako će se dva chefa složiti u kužini. Bila sam na nedavnom gostovanju Denija Srdoča kod chefa Puljića i bilo je zaista jako dobro.

Još se jedno interesantno gostovanje sprema i to već večeras: u restoranu Makarun pokrenuli su dosta zanimljiv koncept Makarun Meets The World, u sklopu kojeg njihov chef Ivica Radić u goste prima chefove iz različitih zemalja. Bila sam na gostovanju korejskog chefa Cheolhui Leeja, inače glavnog chefa u Veleposlanstvu Republike Koreje u Zagrebu i bilo je baš ugodno. Večeras im gostuje danski kuhar Simon Clemens, a događaj se odvija u suradnji s ambasadom Kraljevine Danske.

Meni je uvijek drago svratiti u Artičoka, pa mi poseban povod ne treba, ali evo jednog koji me baš zaintrigirao. Za 18. travnja zakazano je gostovanje kultnog beogradskog street fooda Pretop čija bi se kulinarska filozofija mogla sažeti u tri riječi: bread&schwein&champagne. Nije ni čudo da im je to slogan.

Vratimo se na samom kraju gore spomenutom meštru Zirojeviću (nedavno je proglašen vitezom kulinarstva, ovdje možete pročitati detalje. Kod njega u Dvoru od danas imaju novu ponudu zbog koje mi je odmah nekako toplo oko srca: spiza iz teće. Riječ je o tradicionalnim dalmatinskim jelima poput janjetine s bižima, pašticade s njokima, podušene teletine....
