Čile će ponovno pokušati riješiti misterij smrti pjesnika i dobitnika Nobelove nagrade Pabla Nerude, preminulog 1973., za kojega je moguće da je otrovan pod diktaturom Augusta Pinocheta, odlučio je u utorak prizivni sud.

"Određuje se ponovno otvaranje istrage kako bi se proveli postupci" koje su zatražili podnositelji pritužbe, a koji bi "mogli pridonijeti razjašnjenju činjenica", navodi žalbeni sud u Santiagu u svojoj presudi.

Ponovno otvaranje istrage zatražila je rodbina pjesnika, među kojom jedan nećak, kao i Komunistička partija čiji je Neruda bio član.

Presuda prizivnog suda stavlja izvan snage odluku o zatvaranju istrage o uzrocima smrti Pabla Nerude donesene u prosincu.

Pablo Neruda umro je 23. rujna 1973., dvanaest dana nakon Pinochetovog puča protiv socijalističkog predsjednika Salvadora Allendea, velikog pjesnikovog prijatelja.

Hipoteza o atentatu pojavila se 2011. nakon otkrića Manuela Araye, koji je preminuo u lipnju 2023., tada mladog aktivista i Nerudinog pomoćnika i vozača.

Prema toj teoriji o trovanju, Pablo Neruda je umro od injekcije dan prije odlaska u Meksiko, gdje je planirao otići u egzil kako bi predvodio oporbu Pinochetovom režimu.

Do tada je službena verzija bila da je pjesnik umro od raka prostate.

Međunarodni stručnjaci jednoglasno su odbacili službenu verziju vojnog režima 2017., ali nisu mogli ni potvrditi ni odbaciti teoriju o trovanju.

Pjesnikovo tijelo ekshumirano je u travnju 2013. iz kripte u čileanskom mjestu Isla Negra gdje je počivao od 1992. godine.

Diktatura Augusta Pinocheta ostavila je oko 3200 žrtava i više od 38.000 mučenih, prema službenim podacima.

Čile će ponovno pokušati riješiti misterij smrti pjesnika i dobitnika Nobelove nagrade Pabla Nerude, preminulog 1973., za kojega je moguće da je otrovan pod diktaturom Augusta Pinocheta, odlučio je u utorak prizivni sud.

"Određuje se ponovno otvaranje istrage kako bi se proveli postupci" koje su zatražili podnositelji pritužbe, a koji bi "mogli pridonijeti razjašnjenju činjenica", navodi žalbeni sud u Santiagu u svojoj presudi.

Ponovno otvaranje istrage zatražila je rodbina pjesnika, među kojom jedan nećak, kao i Komunistička partija čiji je Neruda bio član.

Presuda prizivnog suda stavlja izvan snage odluku o zatvaranju istrage o uzrocima smrti Pabla Nerude donesene u prosincu.

Pablo Neruda umro je 23. rujna 1973., dvanaest dana nakon Pinochetovog puča protiv socijalističkog predsjednika Salvadora Allendea, velikog pjesnikovog prijatelja.

Hipoteza o atentatu pojavila se 2011. nakon otkrića Manuela Araye, koji je preminuo u lipnju 2023., tada mladog aktivista i Nerudinog pomoćnika i vozača.

Prema toj teoriji o trovanju, Pablo Neruda je umro od injekcije dan prije odlaska u Meksiko, gdje je planirao otići u egzil kako bi predvodio oporbu Pinochetovom režimu.

Do tada je službena verzija bila da je pjesnik umro od raka prostate.

Međunarodni stručnjaci jednoglasno su odbacili službenu verziju vojnog režima 2017., ali nisu mogli ni potvrditi ni odbaciti teoriju o trovanju.

Pjesnikovo tijelo ekshumirano je u travnju 2013. iz kripte u čileanskom mjestu Isla Negra gdje je počivao od 1992. godine.
