Žgaravica u želucu može biti posljedica neadekvatnih prehrambenih navika, učestalog pijenja alkoholnih i/ili slatkih gaziranih pića, prekomjerne konzumacije kave, pušenja, infekcije Helicobacter pylori, stresa, gastritisa, viška želučane kiseline itd.

Ponekad je i simptom bolesti poput sindroma iritabilnog crijeva i celijakije. Ako vrlo često patite od žgaravice, svakako je važno uz pomoć liječnika pokušati pronaći uzrok problema.

Kod povremenih tegoba s osjećajem peckanja u želucu preporuča se promjena prehrambenih navika, primjerice izbjegavanje jako masne hrane, u kombinaciji s prirodnim pripravcima.

Kako se približavaju blagdani, problemi sa žgaravicom su učestaliji jer malo tko može odoljeti specijalitetima koji su možda na vašoj listi ‘zabranjenih‘, ali i slasticama koje je teško zaobići.

Stoga vam donosimo sedam brzih rješenja koja mogu pomoći ako se kao posljedica užitaka i masnim i slatkim jelima pojavi žgaravica.

1. Čaj od majčine dušice

Pretjerano nakupljanje plinova u probavnom traktu također može biti odgovorno za žgaravicu. U takvim slučajevima vrlo koristan može biti čaj od majčine dušice koji pomaže učinkovitijem uklanjanju plinova, a može i ublažiti oticanje sluznice želuca.

Osim toga, može uspješno ublažiti neugodan osjećaj peckanja u jednjaku koji je povezan s vraćanjem želučane kiseline.

Za pripremu čaja potrebne su vam oko 2 žlice osušene majčine dušice koju ćet estaviti u posudu i potom dodati 250 mililitara vode. Kad voda zakipi smanjite vatru i kuhajte još 3 minute. Na kraju procijedite i ohladite.

2. Jabučni ocat

Istina je da žgaravicu može uzrokovati prevelika količina želučane kiseline, ali može biti i posljedica dijametralno suprotnih problema, odnosno nedostatka probavnih sokova u želucu.

Jabučni ocat sigurno nije privlačan intuitivan izbor za rješavanje žgaravice, ali zapravo može biti vrlo koristan. Jednostavno pomiješajte 1 žlicu jabučnog octa u čašu vode i popijte mješavinu.

3. Aloe vera

Aloe vera je poznata po svom umirujućem djelovanju na želudac. To je čini odličnim izborom ako patite od žgaravice. U prošlosti se aloe vera često koristila čak i za liječenje čira na želucu.

Ako kod kuće imate aloe veru, jednostavno odrežite list i pomiješajte gel s čašom hladne vode. Možete koristiti i kupovni sok od aloe vere.

4. Čaj od đumbira

Umirujući učinak đumbira na želudac duguje se tvari koja se zove gingerol, a koja također može pomoći kod refluksa kiseline i srodnih problema. Riječ je o tvari s impresivnim protuupalnim svojstvima koja vrlo uspješno može smiriti nadraženi želudac.

Potrebna vam je 1 žlica naribanog đumbira koju prelijete s 250 mililitara kipuće vode. Poklopite i pričekajte 5 minuta, a zatim popijte (možete smjesu prethodno procijediti ako želite, ali nema ništa loše ako preskočite ovaj korak).

5. Kokosova voda

Kokosova voda može pomoći u regulaciji omjera želučanih sokova, a kao rezultat toga, to je još jedan pripravak koji može pružiti brzo olakšanje od žgaravice. Uz pomoć kokosove vode možete zaštititi stijenku želuca.

Napitak također može biti vrlo koristan u borbi protiv nadutosti. Kada osjetite peckanje u želucu, što prije popijte oko 100 mililitara ohlađene kokosove vode.

6. Čaj od bosiljka

Bosiljak ima protuupalna, antiseptička i antivirusna svojstva. Stoga je izvrsna biljka za ublažavanje osjećaja peckanja u želucu. Bosiljak se inače koristi kao začin, ali između ostalog možete ga koristiti i za pripremu čaja.

Vrlo blagotvorno na nadraženi želudac može djelovati i napitak od bademovog mlijeka, banane i svježih listova bosiljka.

7. Soda bikarbona

Dok je jabučni ocat koristan kada nema dovoljno želučanih sokova, soda bikarbona dolazi u obzir kada je žgaravica uzrokovana viškom želučane kiseline.

Voda u koju ste dodali malo sode bikarbone brzo smiruje nadraženi želudac, a pomaže i kod žgaravice. Imajte na umu da se napitak ne smije konzumirati prečesto ili više od dva puta tjedno.

Žgaravica u želucu može biti posljedica neadekvatnih prehrambenih navika, učestalog pijenja alkoholnih i/ili slatkih gaziranih pića, prekomjerne konzumacije kave, pušenja, infekcije Helicobacter pylori, stresa, gastritisa, viška želučane kiseline itd.

Ponekad je i simptom bolesti poput sindroma iritabilnog crijeva i celijakije. Ako vrlo često patite od žgaravice, svakako je važno uz pomoć liječnika pokušati pronaći uzrok problema.

Kod povremenih tegoba s osjećajem peckanja u želucu preporuča se promjena prehrambenih navika, primjerice izbjegavanje jako masne hrane, u kombinaciji s prirodnim pripravcima.

Kako se približavaju blagdani, problemi sa žgaravicom su učestaliji jer malo tko može odoljeti specijalitetima koji su možda na vašoj listi ‘zabranjenih‘, ali i slasticama koje je teško zaobići.

Stoga vam donosimo sedam brzih rješenja koja mogu pomoći ako se kao posljedica užitaka i masnim i slatkim jelima pojavi žgaravica.

1. Čaj od majčine dušice

Pretjerano nakupljanje plinova u probavnom traktu također može biti odgovorno za žgaravicu. U takvim slučajevima vrlo koristan može biti čaj od majčine dušice koji pomaže učinkovitijem uklanjanju plinova, a može i ublažiti oticanje sluznice želuca.

Osim toga, može uspješno ublažiti neugodan osjećaj peckanja u jednjaku koji je povezan s vraćanjem želučane kiseline.

Za pripremu čaja potrebne su vam oko 2 žlice osušene majčine dušice koju ćet estaviti u posudu i potom dodati 250 mililitara vode. Kad voda zakipi smanjite vatru i kuhajte još 3 minute. Na kraju procijedite i ohladite.

2. Jabučni ocat

Istina je da žgaravicu može uzrokovati prevelika količina želučane kiseline, ali može biti i posljedica dijametralno suprotnih problema, odnosno nedostatka probavnih sokova u želucu.

Jabučni ocat sigurno nije privlačan intuitivan izbor za rješavanje žgaravice, ali zapravo može biti vrlo koristan. Jednostavno pomiješajte 1 žlicu jabučnog octa u čašu vode i popijte mješavinu.

3. Aloe vera

Aloe vera je poznata po svom umirujućem djelovanju na želudac. To je čini odličnim izborom ako patite od žgaravice. U prošlosti se aloe vera često koristila čak i za liječenje čira na želucu.

Ako kod kuće imate aloe veru, jednostavno odrežite list i pomiješajte gel s čašom hladne vode. Možete koristiti i kupovni sok od aloe vere.

4. Čaj od đumbira

Umirujući učinak đumbira na želudac duguje se tvari koja se zove gingerol, a koja također može pomoći kod refluksa kiseline i srodnih problema. Riječ je o tvari s impresivnim protuupalnim svojstvima koja vrlo uspješno može smiriti nadraženi želudac.

Potrebna vam je 1 žlica naribanog đumbira koju prelijete s 250 mililitara kipuće vode. Poklopite i pričekajte 5 minuta, a zatim popijte (možete smjesu prethodno procijediti ako želite, ali nema ništa loše ako preskočite ovaj korak).

5. Kokosova voda

Kokosova voda može pomoći u regulaciji omjera želučanih sokova, a kao rezultat toga, to je još jedan pripravak koji može pružiti brzo olakšanje od žgaravice. Uz pomoć kokosove vode možete zaštititi stijenku želuca.

Napitak također može biti vrlo koristan u borbi protiv nadutosti. Kada osjetite peckanje u želucu, što prije popijte oko 100 mililitara ohlađene kokosove vode.

6. Čaj od bosiljka

Bosiljak ima protuupalna, antiseptička i antivirusna svojstva. Stoga je izvrsna biljka za ublažavanje osjećaja peckanja u želucu. Bosiljak se inače koristi kao začin, ali između ostalog možete ga koristiti i za pripremu čaja.

Vrlo blagotvorno na nadraženi želudac može djelovati i napitak od bademovog mlijeka, banane i svježih listova bosiljka.

7. Soda bikarbona

Dok je jabučni ocat koristan kada nema dovoljno želučanih sokova, soda bikarbona dolazi u obzir kada je žgaravica uzrokovana viškom želučane kiseline.

Voda u koju ste dodali malo sode bikarbone brzo smiruje nadraženi želudac, a pomaže i kod žgaravice. Imajte na umu da se napitak ne smije konzumirati prečesto ili više od dva puta tjedno.
