Mooreov popularan trik na platformi obećava deblokiranje začepljenog nosa u samo 15 sekundi bez zaliha, opreme ili lijekova. Sve što je potrebno je tehnika masaže lica.
ICYDK, začepljenost nosa događa se kada sluznica nosnog tkiva natekne zbog upaljenih krvnih žila, prema Mount Sinai. To može uzrokovati iscjedak iz nosa (tzv. curenje ruže). S obzirom na to da je COVID-19 još uvijek aktualan, sezonske alergije u punom su jeku, ali prisutni su i mnogi drugi respiratorni virusi koji haraju zemljom. Mnogi se ljudi trenutno suočavaju s bolestima. Kongestija je nedvojbeno jedan od frustrirajućih i neugodnih simptoma borbe protiv virusne infekcije (ili nečeg rutinskog, poput alergija).
Kako prepoznati razliku između COVID-19 i sezonskih alergija
Ako se trenutno nosite sa začepljenim nosom, možda rješenja tražite na neočekivanim mjestima, poput TikToka. Aplikacija je zapravo dom mnogim videozapisima koji hvale hakove za brzo rješavanje začepljenog nosa. Jedan isječak kreatora Jamesa Moorea, licenciranog masažnog terapeuta, postao je popularan među korisnicima.
Video uključuje naizgled jednostavan trik za ublažavanje pritiska u sinusima koji je Moore pokazao na sebi. On vrši pritisak na određena područja na licu, očito deblokirajući svoj nosni dišni put u roku od nekoliko sekundi. Nije ni čudo da video do danas ima više od 600.000 pregleda.

Začepljen nos
Mooreov popularan trik na platformi obećava deblokiranje začepljenog nosa u samo 15 sekundi bez zaliha, opreme ili lijekova. Sve što je potrebno je tehnika masaže lica.
ICYDK, začepljenost nosa događa se kada sluznica nosnog tkiva natekne zbog upaljenih krvnih žila, prema Mount Sinai. To može uzrokovati iscjedak iz nosa (tzv. curenje ruže). Također može uzrokovati postnazalno kapanje, što se događa kada višak sluzi teče niz stražnji dio grla, što dovodi do kašlja ili upale grla, prenosi Shape.
Kako se riješiti prehlade u 24 sata
Možda ćete moći ublažiti dio pritiska uzrokovan oteklinom, prema Mooreu. Evo kako to ide u popularnom videu: Desnom rukom stavite dva prsta na lijevu stranu nosa i pritisnite ga udesno. Palcem na lijevoj ruci pritisnite područje obraza lijevo od nosa prema unutra i prema gore. Zadržite se u ovom položaju 15 sekundi i dišite duboko kako biste odčepili začepljen nos, a po potrebi ponovite i na drugoj strani.
