Srpska porezna uprava je najavila da će povećati regulacije o plaćanju poreza osoba koje zarađuju u suradnji s inozemnim kompanijama među kojima su i oni koji zarađuju putem društvenih mreža. Dio njihovih građana negoduje dok drugi smatraju da ispred zakona svi trebaju biti isti, te da je to rad kao i svaki drugi za koji porez treba biti uplaćen.

U svom priopćenju porezna uprava navodi da je na temelju podataka o uplatama iz inozemstva i njihove usporedbe s podnesenim poreznim prijavama na obračunate i plaćene poreze i doprinose na zarade fizičkih osoba utvrdila veliko nepoštivanje poreznih propisa i utvrdila o kojim fizičkim osobama je riječ, prenosi Dnevni avaz.

Nepoštivanje propisa utvrđeno je među fizičkim osobama koje zarađuju na društvenim mrežama poput YouTubera, influencera, zatim u sferi internet klađenja, prevoditeljima i programerima koji rade za strance, kao i među osobama koje posjeduju nekretnine za najam kraći od 30 dana, dakle turistički.

Policijska uprava pozvala je građane da sami podmire svoje obveze, prije nego što porezne vlasti pokrenu postupak protiv njih i da na taj način izbjegnu prekršajna odgovornost.

"Pojedinci koji prihod ostvaruju iz inozemstva, ali nisu podmirili sve obveze vezane uz plaćanje poreza i doprinosa na plaće, svoje obveze trebaju podmiriti prije pokretanja porezne kontrole ili podnošenja zahtjeva za pokretanje prekršajnog postupka", priopćila je Porezna uprava.

Dio komentara na ovu stavku je posprdan te se sugerira osobama koje se nalaze u toj situaciji da ne nasjedaju na trik vlasti.

-Najpametnije je ne raditi apsolutno ništa po ovom pitanju. Ko uzima novac, neka ga uzima i dalje i nek se ne javlja. Ova država je apsolutno nesposobna za bilo šta i računa na to da će pošten čovek sam doći njima na prag da ga klepe po ušima. Svim kolegama frilenserima pozdrav i želja za što više posla u vremenu koje dolazi, jedan je od takvih komentara.

Prema Poreznoj upravi, ti se prihodi ostvaruju na temelju pružanja različitih vrsta usluga, a najčešće se radi o razvoju softvera, prevođenju, održavanju nastave stranih jezika, promociji i grafičkom dizajnu. Drugi zato smatraju da nije fer prema onima koji rade i iste poslove, ali za firme u Srbiji da moraju plaćati poreze, a kasnije će svi očekivati iste povlastice od države.

-Svako ko ima prihod, mora da plati porez - nije to eksluzivno napravljeno za nekakve jutjubere i influensere, i to baš za Srbiju. I vidim da su se svi uprli da ne plate, što razumem, ko još voli da plaća - samo ne razumem zašto očekujete opštu podršku?! Ja svake godine platim 14 hiljada evra poreza i doprinosa, pa još plaćam i ekstra godišnji porez kao "milioner" - i nikom ništa. Plaćam škole, plaćam lekare, sve kao da ne dajem ništa u budžet. Sutra ćete tražiti da imamo "iste penzije", jer "svi su isto radili" i "šta će nekome 1000 evra kad je penzos". Platite ili sačekajte da vas ova lenja i neuka država nekako oslobodi većine obaveza, samo nemojte da nam trubite o ugroženosti, lošim zakonima i "šta ja dobijam za te pare". Ako već kradete državu, budite mangupi, a ne seljačine koje em kradu, em lopovluk pravdaju glupostima, napisao je ljuti komentator.

Srpska porezna uprava je najavila da će povećati regulacije o plaćanju poreza osoba koje zarađuju u suradnji s inozemnim kompanijama među kojima su i oni koji zarađuju putem društvenih mreža. Dio njihovih građana negoduje dok drugi smatraju da ispred zakona svi trebaju biti isti, te da je to rad kao i svaki drugi za koji porez treba biti uplaćen.

U svom priopćenju porezna uprava navodi da je na temelju podataka o uplatama iz inozemstva i njihove usporedbe s podnesenim poreznim prijavama na obračunate i plaćene poreze i doprinose na zarade fizičkih osoba utvrdila veliko nepoštivanje poreznih propisa i utvrdila o kojim fizičkim osobama je riječ, prenosi Dnevni avaz.

Nepoštivanje propisa utvrđeno je među fizičkim osobama koje zarađuju na društvenim mrežama poput YouTubera, influencera, zatim u sferi internet klađenja, prevoditeljima i programerima koji rade za strance, kao i među osobama koje posjeduju nekretnine za najam kraći od 30 dana, dakle turistički.

Policijska uprava pozvala je građane da sami podmire svoje obveze, prije nego što porezne vlasti pokrenu postupak protiv njih i da na taj način izbjegnu prekršajna odgovornost.

"Pojedinci koji prihod ostvaruju iz inozemstva, ali nisu podmirili sve obveze vezane uz plaćanje poreza i doprinosa na plaće, svoje obveze trebaju podmiriti prije pokretanja porezne kontrole ili podnošenja zahtjeva za pokretanje prekršajnog postupka", priopćila je Porezna uprava.

Dio komentara na ovu stavku je posprdan te se sugerira osobama koje se nalaze u toj situaciji da ne nasjedaju na trik vlasti.

-Najpametnije je ne raditi apsolutno ništa po ovom pitanju. Ko uzima novac, neka ga uzima i dalje i nek se ne javlja. Ova država je apsolutno nesposobna za bilo šta i računa na to da će pošten čovek sam doći njima na prag da ga klepe po ušima. Svim kolegama frilenserima pozdrav i želja za što više posla u vremenu koje dolazi, jedan je od takvih komentara.

Prema Poreznoj upravi, ti se prihodi ostvaruju na temelju pružanja različitih vrsta usluga, a najčešće se radi o razvoju softvera, prevođenju, održavanju nastave stranih jezika, promociji i grafičkom dizajnu. Drugi zato smatraju da nije fer prema onima koji rade i iste poslove, ali za firme u Srbiji da moraju plaćati poreze, a kasnije će svi očekivati iste povlastice od države.

-Svako ko ima prihod, mora da plati porez - nije to eksluzivno napravljeno za nekakve jutjubere i influensere, i to baš za Srbiju. I vidim da su se svi uprli da ne plate, što razumem, ko još voli da plaća - samo ne razumem zašto očekujete opštu podršku?! Ja svake godine platim 14 hiljada evra poreza i doprinosa, pa još plaćam i ekstra godišnji porez kao "milioner" - i nikom ništa. Plaćam škole, plaćam lekare, sve kao da ne dajem ništa u budžet. Sutra ćete tražiti da imamo "iste penzije", jer "svi su isto radili" i "šta će nekome 1000 evra kad je penzos". Platite ili sačekajte da vas ova lenja i neuka država nekako oslobodi većine obaveza, samo nemojte da nam trubite o ugroženosti, lošim zakonima i "šta ja dobijam za te pare". Ako već kradete državu, budite mangupi, a ne seljačine koje em kradu, em lopovluk pravdaju glupostima, napisao je ljuti komentator.

Srpska porezna uprava je najavila da će povećati regulacije o plaćanju poreza osoba koje zarađuju u suradnji s inozemnim kompanijama među kojima su i oni koji zarađuju putem društvenih mreža. Dio njihovih građana negoduje dok drugi smatraju da ispred zakona svi trebaju biti isti, te da je to rad kao i svaki drugi za koji porez treba biti uplaćen.

U svom priopćenju porezna uprava navodi da je na temelju podataka o uplatama iz inozemstva i njihove usporedbe s podnesenim poreznim prijavama na obračunate i plaćene poreze i doprinose na zarade fizičkih osoba utvrdila veliko nepoštivanje poreznih propisa i utvrdila o kojim fizičkim osobama je riječ, prenosi Dnevni avaz.
