U splitskom Salonu Galić održat će se izložba "Ratio IV" osječkog umjetnika Mirana Blažeka, u organizaciji HULU Splita, koja će biti otvorena u petak 11. prosinca u 19 sati.
Ciklus "Ratio" Mirana Blažeka započeo je 2015. u Galeriji Koprivnica. Tom se prilikom nastojalo pokazati kako Blažekov Ratio proizlazi iz nekih ideja koje je umjetnik počeo razvijati već u ranijim radovima, kao što su "Monument" (2012.), "Idol" (2013.) i "Ritual" (2013.).
Na tim je djelima Blažek rukama nanosio uljanu boju na platno, ostavljajući na bočnim rubovima platna otiske prstiju nastale pri razmazivanju boje što, rečeno je tada, "u svijest priziva ritualne otiske ruku paleolitskoga čovjeka.“
Drugo je ishodište ciklusa Ratio njegov "Inside Story" (2013.) u kojem se umjetnik odmaknuo od iskustava klasičnog slikarstva. U Inside Storyju sve je zidove galerije trljao ugljenom od poda do linije do koje seže njegova ispružena ruka. Poslije je ostatke ugljena i prašine kuhao s pčelinjim voskom, nakon čega je smjesu odlio u umanjeni model galerijskoga prostora.
Nastavak je uslijedio u Galeriji "Vladimir Bužančić" u Zagrebu te u Gradskoj galeriji Labin 2017. Obje su izložbe objedinjene kao drugi dio ciklusa u kojem je Blažek koristio sve raspoložive zidne plohe galerije, uvijek tražeći njihova geometrijska središta, upisujući dimenzije vlastitog tijela u svaki raspoloživi dio.
Slikovna artikulacija prostora
"Radovi Mirana Blažeka bave se slikovnom artikulacijom prostora, no to ne čine tako što bi koristili matematičke strategije kartezijanskog modela reprezentacije, niti tako što bi se služili baroknim skopičkim režimom “lebdećeg” promatrača, a niti tako da podlegnu sve popularnijim strategijama uranjanja u virtualne doživljaje.
Sve njih, doduše, Blažek upotrebljava, ali njegov umjetnički postupak sastoji se u tome da svoje radove kodira jezikom konceptualne umjetnosti koji je ovaj autor formirao kao neku vrstu anakronog, osjetilnog, ne-računalnog algoritma, poput seta simboličkih instrukcija pomoću kojih se jedna razina prostorno-vremenskog realiteta može doživjeti u nekom drugom obliku i na drugom mjestu.
U svakom od izloženih radova, “Diptih”, “Izložbeni zid”, “Monumoment”, “Eclipse” i “Poliptih”, možemo prepoznati dosljedno konceptualizirane pojmove kojima se klasična umjetnost služi oduvijek – poput plohe i dubine, prostora i vremena, slike i skulpture – no ono što ih čini vrlo aktualnima jest to što su ovdje prezentirani kao recidivi fizičkog postojanja u epohi virtualnosti", bilježi kustos Krešimir Purgar u tekstu "Parabole o virtualnosti: Slikaprostor kao novi skopički režim kod Mirana Blažeka”.
Inače, Blažek je rođen 1983. u Osijeku, a slikarstvo na ALU u Zagrebu diplomirao je 2006., te je završio poslijediplomski magistarski studij na Akademiji za likovno umetnost in oblikovanje u Ljubljani 2012. Iste godine dodijeljena mu je nagrada Radoslav Putar za najboljeg hrvatskog mladog umjetnika.
Otad je izlagao na više samostalnih i skupnih izložbi u zemlji i inozemstvu te je sudjelovao na međunarodnim rezidencijama. Od 2014. zaposlen je kao asistent na Umjetničkoj akademiji u Osijeku, a od 2016. do 2018. član je umjetničkog savjeta Galerije Kazamat. Izložba u Salonu Galić bit će otvorena do 29. prosinca.

U splitskom Salonu Galić održat će se izložba "Ratio IV" osječkog umjetnika Mirana Blažeka, u organizaciji HULU Splita, koja će biti otvorena u petak 11. prosinca u 19 sati.
Ciklus "Ratio" Mirana Blažeka započeo je 2015. u Galeriji Koprivnica. Tom se prilikom nastojalo pokazati kako Blažekov Ratio proizlazi iz nekih ideja koje je umjetnik počeo razvijati već u ranijim radovima, kao što su "Monument" (2012.), "Idol" (2013.) i "Ritual" (2013.).
Na tim je djelima Blažek rukama nanosio uljanu boju na platno, ostavljajući na bočnim rubovima platna otiske prstiju nastale pri razmazivanju boje što, rečeno je tada, "u svijest priziva ritualne otiske ruku paleolitskoga čovjeka.“
Drugo je ishodište ciklusa Ratio njegov "Inside Story" (2013.) u kojem se umjetnik odmaknuo od iskustava klasičnog slikarstva. U Inside Storyju sve je zidove galerije trljao ugljenom od poda do linije do koje seže njegova ispružena ruka. Poslije je ostatke ugljena i prašine kuhao s pčelinjim voskom, nakon čega je smjesu odlio u umanjeni model galerijskoga prostora.
Nastavak je uslijedio u Galeriji "Vladimir Bužančić" u Zagrebu te u Gradskoj galeriji Labin 2017. Obje su izložbe objedinjene kao drugi dio ciklusa u kojem je Blažek koristio sve raspoložive zidne plohe galerije, uvijek tražeći njihova geometrijska središta, upisujući dimenzije vlastitog tijela u svaki raspoloživi dio.
Slikovna artikulacija prostora
"Radovi Mirana Blažeka bave se slikovnom artikulacijom prostora, no to ne čine tako što bi koristili matematičke strategije kartezijanskog modela reprezentacije, niti tako što bi se služili baroknim skopičkim režimom “lebdećeg” promatrača, a niti tako da podlegnu sve popularnijim strategijama uranjanja u virtualne doživljaje.
Sve njih, doduše, Blažek upotrebljava, ali njegov umjetnički postupak sastoji se u tome da svoje radove kodira jezikom konceptualne umjetnosti koji je ovaj autor formirao kao neku vrstu anakronog, osjetilnog, ne-računalnog algoritma, poput seta simboličkih instrukcija pomoću kojih se jedna razina prostorno-vremenskog realiteta može doživjeti u nekom drugom obliku i na drugom mjestu.
U svakom od izloženih radova, “Diptih”, “Izložbeni zid”, “Monumoment”, “Eclipse” i “Poliptih”, možemo prepoznati dosljedno konceptualizirane pojmove kojima se klasična umjetnost služi oduvijek – poput plohe i dubine, prostora i vremena, slike i skulpture – no ono što ih čini vrlo aktualnima jest to što su ovdje prezentirani kao recidivi fizičkog postojanja u epohi virtualnosti", bilježi kustos Krešimir Purgar u tekstu "Parabole o virtualnosti: Slikaprostor kao novi skopički režim kod Mirana Blažeka”.
Inače, Blažek je rođen 1983. u Osijeku, a slikarstvo na ALU u Zagrebu diplomirao je 2006., te je završio poslijediplomski magistarski studij na Akademiji za likovno umetnost in oblikovanje u Ljubljani 2012. Iste godine dodijeljena mu je nagrada Radoslav Putar za najboljeg hrvatskog mladog umjetnika.
Otad je izlagao na više samostalnih i skupnih izložbi u zemlji i inozemstvu te je sudjelovao na međunarodnim rezidencijama. Od 2014. zaposlen je kao asistent na Umjetničkoj akademiji u Osijeku, a od 2016. do 2018. član je umjetničkog savjeta Galerije Kazamat. Izložba u Salonu Galić bit će otvorena do 29. prosinca.
