Otvaranje ovogodišnjeg Pula Film Festivala može podsjetiti na otvaranje otprije tri godine. Pulu je 2019. otvorio "General" Antuna Vrdoljaka, a 2022. je otvara "Šesti autobus" još jednog redateljskog veterana hrvatske kinematografije Eduarda Galića.

Nakon ratne drame o Anti Gotovini, dobili smo ratnu dramu o Vukovaru koja se počela snimati baš 2019., ali je snimanje prekidano zbog korone. Dakle, postoje sličnosti između prvog dana 66. i 69. izdanja Pulskog festivala, ali i jedna bitna razlika: "Šesti autobus" je vidno bolji ratno-dramski film od "Generala".

Hrvatska kinematografija već godinama stremi snimanju kvalitetne, definitivne ratne drame o ratu devedesetih ("General", "Nestali"...) s naglaskom na delikatnu temu Vukovara, koje se s najviše uspjeha dotaknula francuska produkcija iz 2000. "Harrisonovo cvijeće" sa zvučnom međunarodnom ekipom glumaca kao što su Andie MacDowell, Elias Koteas, Adrien Brody, Brendan Gleeson...

Vrlo korektni "Šesti autobus" je dosad najbliži tom pojmu ("Broj 55" je ponajprije akcijski film, a "Zvizdan" drama) i trudi se za Vukovar predstavljati ono što je za Srebrenicu predstavljala (superiornija) "Quo Vadis, Aida?" Jasmile Žbanić. Redatelj Galić vraća nas u 1991. i smješta u "hrvatski gradić na granici Hrvatske i Srbije", gdje je "živjelo oko 44 posto etničkih Hrvata i 38 posto etničkih Srba".

"U ljeto 1991. Hrvatska je proglasila neovisnost od SFRJ. JNA i srpske paravojne jedinice napale su Vukovar. Počela je bitka za Vukovar", ispisuje uvodni natpis i završava riječima "Ovo je jedna od mogućih priča o onome što se dogodilo". Pod "jednom od mogućih priča" cilja se na priču, tj. misteriju titularnog šestog autobusa.

Službeno je pet autobusa s hrvatskim zarobljenicima bilo otpravljeno na Ovčaru, gdje su nesretnici bili mučeni i ubijeni, a govorilo se i o šestom s braniteljima i ranjenicima iz vukovarske bolnice čija sudbina ostaje još uvijek neutvrđena. "Svi nešto pričaju, a nitko ništa ne zna", čujemo u filmu u kojem se govori da je autobus bio "preusmjeren" nakon što ga je "presrela grupa naoružanih lica".

O ratu i šestom autobusu se raspituje mlada djevojka Olivia (Zala Đurić) koja želi saznati ono što želi zaboraviti Vukovarac Josip Filipović (Marko Petrić, veoma uvjerljiv u scenama iz 1991.). Olivia zna naški, ali predstavlja se kao američka novinarka i piše članak o Vukovaru, a upoznajemo je u Beogradu 2008., kad se odvijalo suđenje za ratne zločine, za klupom sjedi zaštićeni svjedok, zloglasni pokajnik Spasoje Petković Štuka (upečatljivi Pavle Matuško), suočavajući se s nekadašnjim kolegama (jednog od njih glumi Dušan Kovačević).

"Meni je puška zaglavila i ja sam se povukao, vi ste mi dali 'škorpion' i rekli ste: 'Rokaj'. Bili ste i u špaliru, tukli ste palicama, bili ste u streljačkom vodu, pucali ste i ubijali...", svjedoči Štuka izgovarajući riječi iz beogradskih transkripata sa suđenja za zločine na Ovčari, koji su otkupljeni za potrebe filma.

Štukine riječi ispresijecane su ratnim užasima 1991., od batinanja palicama putnika iz busa do pucanja i ubijanja, a ulogu našeg i Olivijina vodiča kroz retrospekcijski pakao preuzima Josip, na čijem se licu prelama sva tragedija Vukovara i rata općenito. Ispočetka se čini da bi "Šesti autobus" mogao krenuti tragom jednostranih i manipulativnih hrvatskih ratnih filmova devedesetih godina, tipa "Vrijeme za", "Bogorodica"...

Srećom, redatelj i njegovi koscenaristi Dominik Galić (ujedno producent) i Jure Pavlović ("Mater") odbijaju njegovati takav pristup, iako se ne libe eksplicitnih psihofizičkih prikaza strahota, za razliku od Žbanićke koja je bila implicitna i orijentirana isključivo na dramsko-trilersku ratnu psihologiju.

Zametak nes(p)retnog hrvatskog filma devedesetih može se povremeno naći u "Šestom autobusu", i to, ironično, u scenama iz 2008., ne 1991., zahvaljujući na trenutke artificijelnoj glumi kojoj ne pomaže gdjekad predoslovan dijalog ("Gadna vremena dolaze, moj Josipe"), pomiješan s nekim nadahnutijim rečenicama ("Žao mi je što kasnim. Tamo gdje idemo vrijeme je ionako stalo..."), pa i subverzivnim žalcima ("Ti hadezeovac nazad").

Priča ispresijecana na dva, čak i tri, dramaturška kolosijeka nije uvijek ujednačena, ali prema kraju filma dobiva na težini kad se otkrije tko je Olivia. Segmenti iz 1991. znatno su dojmljiviji, s naglaskom na akcijske scene. Tenkovi dižu u zrak kombije, zolje pogađaju tenkove... na momente prilično spektakularno za domaće pojmove.

U nekoliko navrata Galić brutalno uprizori i blisku borbu na život i smrt, pokazujući da je ispratio tokove u suvremenoj žanrovskoj kinematografiji, od nedostižne "Racije" pa unatrag do još nedostižnijeg klasika "Spašavanje vojnika Ryana" koji "Šesti autobus" doziva maslinastosivim tonovima slike i naturalističkim akcijskim pristupom (šljem-scena). Galić je uspio snimiti i jedan od najsnažnijih prizora novije hrvatske kinematografije. Plavokosa djevojka prolazi pored zapaljenog vojnog džipa i fiće. Cijeli rat devedesetih praktički je oslikan u tom jednom kadru.

U kinima u studenome
Eduard Galić je prije 55 godina na Pulskom festivalu predstavio dugometražni igrani prvijenac "Crne ptice".

Marko Petrić, popularan i kao natjecatelj showa "Plesa sa zvijezdama", glumio je i u Galićevom prethodnom uratku "Za ona dobra stara vremena".

Slovenska glumica Zale Đurić, viđena u Tanovićevu "Deset u pola", kći je Branka Đurića koji je i sam glumio u jednom BiH filmu o ratu na ovim prostorima – "Ničijoj zemlji".

Kako zasad stoji, "Šesti autobus" je tempiran za kinodistribuciju u studenome, mjesecu u kojem se obilježava Dan sjećanja na žrtve Domovinskog rata i Dan sjećanja na žrtvu Vukovara i Škabrnje.

Otvaranje ovogodišnjeg Pula Film Festivala može podsjetiti na otvaranje otprije tri godine. Pulu je 2019. otvorio "General" Antuna Vrdoljaka, a 2022. je otvara "Šesti autobus" još jednog redateljskog veterana hrvatske kinematografije Eduarda Galića.

Nakon ratne drame o Anti Gotovini, dobili smo ratnu dramu o Vukovaru koja se počela snimati baš 2019., ali je snimanje prekidano zbog korone. Dakle, postoje sličnosti između prvog dana 66. i 69. izdanja Pulskog festivala, ali i jedna bitna razlika: "Šesti autobus" je vidno bolji ratno-dramski film od "Generala".

Hrvatska kinematografija već godinama stremi snimanju kvalitetne, definitivne ratne drame o ratu devedesetih ("General", "Nestali"...) s naglaskom na delikatnu temu Vukovara, koje se s najviše uspjeha dotaknula francuska produkcija iz 2000. "Harrisonovo cvijeće" sa zvučnom međunarodnom ekipom glumaca kao što su Andie MacDowell, Elias Koteas, Adrien Brody, Brendan Gleeson...

Vrlo korektni "Šesti autobus" je dosad najbliži tom pojmu ("Broj 55" je ponajprije akcijski film, a "Zvizdan" drama) i trudi se za Vukovar predstavljati ono što je za Srebrenicu predstavljala (superiornija) "Quo Vadis, Aida?" Jasmile Žbanić. Redatelj Galić vraća nas u 1991. i smješta u "hrvatski gradić na granici Hrvatske i Srbije", gdje je "živjelo oko 44 posto etničkih Hrvata i 38 posto etničkih Srba".

"U ljeto 1991. Hrvatska je proglasila neovisnost od SFRJ. JNA i srpske paravojne jedinice napale su Vukovar. Počela je bitka za Vukovar", ispisuje uvodni natpis i završava riječima "Ovo je jedna od mogućih priča o onome što se dogodilo". Pod "jednom od mogućih priča" cilja se na priču, tj. misteriju titularnog šestog autobusa.

Službeno je pet autobusa s hrvatskim zarobljenicima bilo otpravljeno na Ovčaru, gdje su nesretnici bili mučeni i ubijeni, a govorilo se i o šestom s braniteljima i ranjenicima iz vukovarske bolnice čija sudbina ostaje još uvijek neutvrđena. "Svi nešto pričaju, a nitko ništa ne zna", čujemo u filmu u kojem se govori da je autobus bio "preusmjeren" nakon što ga je "presrela grupa naoružanih lica".

O ratu i šestom autobusu se raspituje mlada djevojka Olivia (Zala Đurić) koja želi saznati ono što želi zaboraviti Vukovarac Josip Filipović (Marko Petrić, veoma uvjerljiv u scenama iz 1991.). Olivia zna naški, ali predstavlja se kao američka novinarka i piše članak o Vukovaru, a upoznajemo je u Beogradu 2008., kad se odvijalo suđenje za ratne zločine, za klupom sjedi zaštićeni svjedok, zloglasni pokajnik Spasoje Petković Štuka (upečatljivi Pavle Matuško), suočavajući se s nekadašnjim kolegama (jednog od njih glumi Dušan Kovačević).

"Meni je puška zaglavila i ja sam se povukao, vi ste mi dali 'škorpion' i rekli ste: 'Rokaj'. Bili ste i u špaliru, tukli ste palicama, bili ste u streljačkom vodu, pucali ste i ubijali...", svjedoči Štuka izgovarajući riječi iz beogradskih transkripata sa suđenja za zločine na Ovčari, koji su otkupljeni za potrebe filma.

Štukine riječi ispresijecane su ratnim užasima 1991., od batinanja palicama putnika iz busa do pucanja i ubijanja, a ulogu našeg i Olivijina vodiča kroz retrospekcijski pakao preuzima Josip, na čijem se licu prelama sva tragedija Vukovara i rata općenito. Ispočetka se čini da bi "Šesti autobus" mogao krenuti tragom jednostranih i manipulativnih hrvatskih ratnih filmova devedesetih godina, tipa "Vrijeme za", "Bogorodica"...

Srećom, redatelj i njegovi koscenaristi Dominik Galić (ujedno producent) i Jure Pavlović ("Mater") odbijaju njegovati takav pristup, iako se ne libe eksplicitnih psihofizičkih prikaza strahota, za razliku od Žbanićke koja je bila implicitna i orijentirana isključivo na dramsko-trilersku ratnu psihologiju.

Zametak nes(p)retnog hrvatskog filma devedesetih može se povremeno naći u "Šestom autobusu", i to, ironično, u scenama iz 2008., ne 1991., zahvaljujući na trenutke artificijelnoj glumi kojoj ne pomaže gdjekad predoslovan dijalog ("Gadna vremena dolaze, moj Josipe"), pomiješan s nekim nadahnutijim rečenicama ("Žao mi je što kasnim. Tamo gdje idemo vrijeme je ionako stalo..."), pa i subverzivnim žalcima ("Ti hadezeovac nazad").

Priča ispresijecana na dva, čak i tri, dramaturška kolosijeka nije uvijek ujednačena, ali prema kraju filma dobiva na težini kad se otkrije tko je Olivia. Segmenti iz 1991. znatno su dojmljiviji, s naglaskom na akcijske scene. Tenkovi dižu u zrak kombije, zolje pogađaju tenkove... na momente prilično spektakularno za domaće pojmove.

U nekoliko navrata Galić brutalno uprizori i blisku borbu na život i smrt, pokazujući da je ispratio tokove u suvremenoj žanrovskoj kinematografiji, od nedostižne "Racije" pa unatrag do još nedostižnijeg klasika "Spašavanje vojnika Ryana" koji "Šesti autobus" doziva maslinastosivim tonovima slike i naturalističkim akcijskim pristupom (šljem-scena). Galić je uspio snimiti i jedan od najsnažnijih prizora novije hrvatske kinematografije. Plavokosa djevojka prolazi pored zapaljenog vojnog džipa i fiće. Cijeli rat devedesetih praktički je oslikan u tom jednom kadru.

U kinima u studenome
Eduard Galić je prije 55 godina na Pulskom festivalu predstavio dugometražni igrani prvijenac "Crne ptice".

Marko Petrić, popularan i kao natjecatelj showa "Plesa sa zvijezdama", glumio je i u Galićevom prethodnom uratku "Za ona dobra stara vremena".

Slovenska glumica Zale Đurić, viđena u Tanovićevu "Deset u pola", kći je Branka Đurića koji je i sam glumio u jednom BiH filmu o ratu na ovim prostorima – "Ničijoj zemlji".

Kako zasad stoji, "Šesti autobus" je tempiran za kinodistribuciju u studenome, mjesecu u kojem se obilježava Dan sjećanja na žrtve Domovinskog rata i Dan sjećanja na žrtvu Vukovara i Škabrnje.
