Tekstovi srpskog dramatičara i scenarista Dušana Kovačevića poslužili su kao predložak za neke od najboljih filmova s ovih prostora svih vremena, poput “Ko to tamo peva”, “Maratonci trče počasni krug” i “Balkanskog špijuna”. To su toliko autorski tekstovi da mnogi još uvijek misle kako je plodni dramski pisac spomenute klasike i režirao.

Novi Kovačevićev film, komedija s elementima misterija “Nije loše biti čovjek”, najavljivao se uoči početka distribucije po hrvatskim kinima upravo kao djelo redatelja “Maratonaca”, “Ko to tamo peva” i “Balkanskog špijuna”, ali to je krivo.

Poznatiji kao filmski scenarist, Kovačević je korežirao samo “Balkanskog špijuna”, tj. bio koredatelj u tandemu s Božidarom Nikolićem, a napisao je scenarije za taj film, te “Maratonce” i “Ko to tamo peva” Slobodana Šijana, kao i za još neke kult-naslove poput “Posebnog tretmana” Gorana Paskaljevića, “Sabirnog centra” Gorana Markovića i “Podzemlja” Emira Kusturice.

Samostalno je Kovačević režirao samo “Profesionalca” i sada “Nije loše biti čovjek”. Puno je aktivniji bio kao kazališni redatelj i to se osjeća u njegovim režijama, od “Profesionalca” do “Nije loše biti čovjek”, filmova koje povezuje dramski tekst/scenarij istog autora, a dijeli ih gotovo 20 godina.

Tako duga pauza (2003. – 2021.) bila bi izazov i za nekog iskusnijeg filmskog redatelja, kamoli Kovačevića koji je u međuvremenu navršio 73 godine. Dodatni problem za “Nije loše biti čovjek” jest da Kovačevićev dramski tekst/scenarij, utemeljen na njegovoj drami “Kumovi”, nije dobar kao što su dobri bili prethodnici.

Priča prati profesora glasovira Milana (Vojin Ćetković) koji je dvije godine bez posla i uzdržava ga supruga Ana (Branka Katić), a njihov sin, da zaradi za kruh, svira po ulicama Beča, gdje je pobjegao iz Beograda. Kritika nepravednog tranzicijskog društva uspostavlja se karakterizacijom likova. Dobar i pošten čovjek-intelektualac poput njega životari, dok su bahati kriminalci kao Moma Mrak (Andrija Milošević) puni love i voze bijesne automobile.

K tome, Moma Mrak je, smatra Milan, vjerojatno odgovoran za nestanak njegova najboljeg prijatelja i kuma, pjevača Belog (Gordan Kičić; sve sličniji Bradleyju Cooperu), zaljubljenog u kriminalčevu ljubavnicu, pjevačicu Izabelu (Lena Kovačević), što bivši profesor ne može preboljeti.

Puno toga se Milanu skupilo, stoga se odlučuje na samoubojstvo kad ga prebiju “ko mačku” neki klipani, ali u tome ga sprječava pas lutalica Žuća, njegov vjerni drug u šetnjama šumom. Žuća će nešto kasnije u toj šumi pored parka iskopati torbu s pištoljem Belog i Izabelinim nakitom.

Pokazat će se ubrzo da je – za svaki slučaj oprez: “spoiler” – Žuća reinkarnacija Belog. Bizarno? Prilično, što podcrtava i uloga legendarnog Srđana Todorovića kao Vučka, najkarikaturalnijeg lika filma uz inspektora Jablana s protezom umjesto noge (Nenad Jezdić), svojevrsnog šaptača psima kojemu će Žuća “ispričati” cijelu priču.

Možda tako ne bi bilo da “Nije loše biti čovjek” uspjelije balansira povišeni apsurdistički humor kao prijašnji uradci nastali po Kovačevićevim tekstovima, te da je njegov ton ujednačeniji na relaciji komedija-drama, ali nažalost to ovdje nije postignuto, a cjelini ne pomaže ni staromodna, troma režija pristalija kazalištu ili TV drami, daleko od filmičnosti koja se pokušava dosegnuti crno-bijelim kadrovima pasje perspektive i računalnim efektima oluje nad gradom.

Ipak, film gledljivim čine Kovačevićev humanistički pristup priči i njegova briga za malog čovjeka, poneki raspoloženi glumački nastupi (pokojni Milan Gutović u posljednjoj ulozi “komšije Save”), kao i neki dijalozi koji su fino napisani u (crno)humornom ključu.

”Ujeo me jedan”, kaže Anina kuma i supruga Belog, “doktorka” Rada (Hristina Popović). “Pas?”, pita Ana. “Čovjek”, odgovori Rada i doda “Pasja vremena, kumo, pasja vremena” da podcrta Kovačevićevu poantu o življenju sada i ovdje. Teško je biti čovjek u pasja vremena.

Tekstovi srpskog dramatičara i scenarista Dušana Kovačevića poslužili su kao predložak za neke od najboljih filmova s ovih prostora svih vremena, poput “Ko to tamo peva”, “Maratonci trče počasni krug” i “Balkanskog špijuna”. To su toliko autorski tekstovi da mnogi još uvijek misle kako je plodni dramski pisac spomenute klasike i režirao.

Novi Kovačevićev film, komedija s elementima misterija “Nije loše biti čovjek”, najavljivao se uoči početka distribucije po hrvatskim kinima upravo kao djelo redatelja “Maratonaca”, “Ko to tamo peva” i “Balkanskog špijuna”, ali to je krivo.

Poznatiji kao filmski scenarist, Kovačević je korežirao samo “Balkanskog špijuna”, tj. bio koredatelj u tandemu s Božidarom Nikolićem, a napisao je scenarije za taj film, te “Maratonce” i “Ko to tamo peva” Slobodana Šijana, kao i za još neke kult-naslove poput “Posebnog tretmana” Gorana Paskaljevića, “Sabirnog centra” Gorana Markovića i “Podzemlja” Emira Kusturice.

Samostalno je Kovačević režirao samo “Profesionalca” i sada “Nije loše biti čovjek”. Puno je aktivniji bio kao kazališni redatelj i to se osjeća u njegovim režijama, od “Profesionalca” do “Nije loše biti čovjek”, filmova koje povezuje dramski tekst/scenarij istog autora, a dijeli ih gotovo 20 godina.

Tako duga pauza (2003. – 2021.) bila bi izazov i za nekog iskusnijeg filmskog redatelja, kamoli Kovačevića koji je u međuvremenu navršio 73 godine. Dodatni problem za “Nije loše biti čovjek” jest da Kovačevićev dramski tekst/scenarij, utemeljen na njegovoj drami “Kumovi”, nije dobar kao što su dobri bili prethodnici.

Priča prati profesora glasovira Milana (Vojin Ćetković) koji je dvije godine bez posla i uzdržava ga supruga Ana (Branka Katić), a njihov sin, da zaradi za kruh, svira po ulicama Beča, gdje je pobjegao iz Beograda. Kritika nepravednog tranzicijskog društva uspostavlja se karakterizacijom likova. Dobar i pošten čovjek-intelektualac poput njega životari, dok su bahati kriminalci kao Moma Mrak (Andrija Milošević) puni love i voze bijesne automobile.

K tome, Moma Mrak je, smatra Milan, vjerojatno odgovoran za nestanak njegova najboljeg prijatelja i kuma, pjevača Belog (Gordan Kičić; sve sličniji Bradleyju Cooperu), zaljubljenog u kriminalčevu ljubavnicu, pjevačicu Izabelu (Lena Kovačević), što bivši profesor ne može preboljeti.

Puno toga se Milanu skupilo, stoga se odlučuje na samoubojstvo kad ga prebiju “ko mačku” neki klipani, ali u tome ga sprječava pas lutalica Žuća, njegov vjerni drug u šetnjama šumom. Žuća će nešto kasnije u toj šumi pored parka iskopati torbu s pištoljem Belog i Izabelinim nakitom.

Pokazat će se ubrzo da je – za svaki slučaj oprez: “spoiler” – Žuća reinkarnacija Belog. Bizarno? Prilično, što podcrtava i uloga legendarnog Srđana Todorovića kao Vučka, najkarikaturalnijeg lika filma uz inspektora Jablana s protezom umjesto noge (Nenad Jezdić), svojevrsnog šaptača psima kojemu će Žuća “ispričati” cijelu priču.

Možda tako ne bi bilo da “Nije loše biti čovjek” uspjelije balansira povišeni apsurdistički humor kao prijašnji uradci nastali po Kovačevićevim tekstovima, te da je njegov ton ujednačeniji na relaciji komedija-drama, ali nažalost to ovdje nije postignuto, a cjelini ne pomaže ni staromodna, troma režija pristalija kazalištu ili TV drami, daleko od filmičnosti koja se pokušava dosegnuti crno-bijelim kadrovima pasje perspektive i računalnim efektima oluje nad gradom.

Ipak, film gledljivim čine Kovačevićev humanistički pristup priči i njegova briga za malog čovjeka, poneki raspoloženi glumački nastupi (pokojni Milan Gutović u posljednjoj ulozi “komšije Save”), kao i neki dijalozi koji su fino napisani u (crno)humornom ključu.

”Ujeo me jedan”, kaže Anina kuma i supruga Belog, “doktorka” Rada (Hristina Popović). “Pas?”, pita Ana. “Čovjek”, odgovori Rada i doda “Pasja vremena, kumo, pasja vremena” da podcrta Kovačevićevu poantu o življenju sada i ovdje. Teško je biti čovjek u pasja vremena.
