Dolazak blockbustera "Top Gun: Maverick" dobra je prilika da se, nakon recenzije filma, nakratko podsjetimo ostalih glumaca iz popularnog originala, ne računajući sveprisutnog Toma Cruisea. Mnogi onomad mladi, još ne posve neafirmirani glumci tumačili su važnije likove u "Top Gunu", a vrijedi spomenuti da je epizodu odigrao i tada anonimni Tim Robbins, jedini od glumačke ekipe koji je osvojio Oscara ("Mistična rijeka", 2003.); Cruise je "samo" bio triput nominiran ("Rođen 4. srpnja", "Jerry Maguire", "Magnolija").

KELLY McGILLIS

Zvjezdani potencijal Kelly je pokazala godinu dana ranije ulogom u "Svjedoku", ali je poletjela u stratosferu kao instruktorica Charlotte "Charlie" Blackwood u "Top Gunu". Ipak, njezina zvijezda nije bila dugog sjaja, odnosno sjajila je do kraja osamdesetih. McGillis je dotad glumila u filmu "Cat Chaser" Abela Ferrare, "Optuženoj" s Jodie Foster, "Zimskim ljudima" s Kurtom Russellom... Posljednji zapaženiji nastup imala je 1999. u filmu "Na prvi pogled" u kojem su glavne uloge igrali Val Kilmer i Mira Sorvino. Šteta da nije dobila priliku da se barem nakratko pojavi u "Mavericku".

VAL KILMER

Od svih glumaca iz "Top Guna", Kilmer je ostvario najveću karijeru iza Cruisea i prometnuo se u veliku zvijezdu devedesetih, ali i izvrsnog glumca. Utjelovio je Jima Morrisona u "Doorsima" i Doca Holidaya u "Legendarnom Tombstoneu", postao Čovjek-šišmiš u "Batmanu zauvijek" i "Svetac", glumio u prestižnim visokobudžetnim filmovima "Vrućina", "Duh i tama", "Crveni planet"... Krajem devedesetih došao je na zao glas teškog suradnika i njegove su se uloge u "A" produkciji prorijedile, a imao je tu nesreću da je dobio rak grla i izgubio glas. Preporuka za Kilmerove fanove: pogledati dirljivi dokumentarac "Val".

ANTHONY EDWARDS

Nezaboravni Goose nije stekao titulu zvijezde, ali simpatični Edwards (p)ostao je poznat zahvaljujući ulozi u hit-seriji "Hitna služba" (jedan od omiljenih likova Mark Greene), u kojoj se pojavio i Rick Rossovich, ali i Fincherovu filmu "Zodijak". Nedavno smo ga gledali i u serijama "Projekt Anna" i "WeCrashed".

MEG RYAN

Unatoč sporednoj ulozi Gooseove supruge, Meg Ryan je zasjala jače od Kelly, najjače iza/uz Kilmera. Glumila je potom u "Unutarnjem svemiru" i naveliko se proslavila s "Kad je Harry sreo Sally". Bila je partnerica Kilmeru u "Doorsima" i specijalizirala se za romantične komedije ("Romansa u Seattleu", "Francuski poljubac"...), stekavši titulu princeze žanra koje se pokušala osloboditi u nekoliko navrata ("Hrabrost ratnika", "Rezovi"). Zvijezda joj je počela slabiti nakon što 2008. nije uspjela ostvariti očekivani "comeback" u rom-com s "Maminim novim frajerom". Otad naovamo, nažalost, rijetko snima, a ni nju, kao i McGillis, nisu zvali za nastavak "Top Guna".

RICK ROSSOVICH

Naše gore list, Icemanov letački partner Slider, skrenuo je pažnju na sebe dvije godine ranije kao dečko najbolje prijateljice Sarah Connor u "Terminatoru", a nakon "Top Guna" najzapaženiju ulogu odigrao u akcijskom hitu "Navy Seals" s Charliejem Sheenom. Glumio je i u filmu "Tajna manastirske rakije" Slobodana Šijana.

Dolazak blockbustera "Top Gun: Maverick" dobra je prilika da se, nakon recenzije filma, nakratko podsjetimo ostalih glumaca iz popularnog originala, ne računajući sveprisutnog Toma Cruisea. Mnogi onomad mladi, još ne posve neafirmirani glumci tumačili su važnije likove u "Top Gunu", a vrijedi spomenuti da je epizodu odigrao i tada anonimni Tim Robbins, jedini od glumačke ekipe koji je osvojio Oscara ("Mistična rijeka", 2003.); Cruise je "samo" bio triput nominiran ("Rođen 4. srpnja", "Jerry Maguire", "Magnolija").

Zvjezdani potencijal Kelly je pokazala godinu dana ranije ulogom u "Svjedoku", ali je poletjela u stratosferu kao instruktorica Charlotte "Charlie" Blackwood u "Top Gunu". Ipak, njezina zvijezda nije bila dugog sjaja, odnosno sjajila je do kraja osamdesetih. McGillis je dotad glumila u filmu "Cat Chaser" Abela Ferrare, "Optuženoj" s Jodie Foster, "Zimskim ljudima" s Kurtom Russellom... Posljednji zapaženiji nastup imala je 1999. u filmu "Na prvi pogled" u kojem su glavne uloge igrali Val Kilmer i Mira Sorvino. Šteta da nije dobila priliku da se barem nakratko pojavi u "Mavericku".

VAL KILMER

Od svih glumaca iz "Top Guna", Kilmer je ostvario najveću karijeru iza Cruisea i prometnuo se u veliku zvijezdu devedesetih, ali i izvrsnog glumca. Utjelovio je Jima Morrisona u "Doorsima" i Doca Holidaya u "Legendarnom Tombstoneu", postao Čovjek-šišmiš u "Batmanu zauvijek" i "Svetac", glumio u prestižnim visokobudžetnim filmovima "Vrućina", "Duh i tama", "Crveni planet"... Krajem devedesetih došao je na zao glas teškog suradnika i njegove su se uloge u "A" produkciji prorijedile, a imao je tu nesreću da je dobio rak grla i izgubio glas. Preporuka za Kilmerove fanove: pogledati dirljivi dokumentarac "Val".

ANTHONY EDWARDS

Nezaboravni Goose nije stekao titulu zvijezde, ali simpatični Edwards (p)ostao je poznat zahvaljujući ulozi u hit-seriji "Hitna služba" (jedan od omiljenih likova Mark Greene), u kojoj se pojavio i Rick Rossovich, ali i Fincherovu filmu "Zodijak". Nedavno smo ga gledali i u serijama "Projekt Anna" i "WeCrashed".

MEG RYAN

Unatoč sporednoj ulozi Gooseove supruge, Meg Ryan je zasjala jače od Kelly, najjače iza/uz Kilmera. Glumila je potom u "Unutarnjem svemiru" i naveliko se proslavila s "Kad je Harry sreo Sally". Bila je partnerica Kilmeru u "Doorsima" i specijalizirala se za romantične komedije ("Romansa u Seattleu", "Francuski poljubac"...), stekavši titulu princeze žanra koje se pokušala osloboditi u nekoliko navrata ("Hrabrost ratnika", "Rezovi"). Zvijezda joj je počela slabiti nakon što 2008. nije uspjela ostvariti očekivani "comeback" u rom-com s "Maminim novim frajerom". Otad naovamo, nažalost, rijetko snima, a ni nju, kao i McGillis, nisu zvali za nastavak "Top Guna".

RICK ROSSOVICH

Naše gore list, Icemanov letački partner Slider, skrenuo je pažnju na sebe dvije godine ranije kao dečko najbolje prijateljice Sarah Connor u "Terminatoru", a nakon "Top Guna" najzapaženiju ulogu odigrao u akcijskom hitu "Navy Seals" s Charliejem Sheenom. Glumio je i u filmu "Tajna manastirske rakije" Slobodana Šijana.

Dolazak blockbustera "Top Gun: Maverick" dobra je prilika da se, nakon recenzije filma, nakratko podsjetimo ostalih glumaca iz popularnog originala, ne računajući sveprisutnog Toma Cruisea. Mnogi onomad mladi, još ne posve neafirmirani glumci tumačili su važnije likove u "Top Gunu", a vrijedi spomenuti da je epizodu odigrao i tada anonimni Tim Robbins, jedini od glumačke ekipe koji je osvojio Oscara ("Mistična rijeka", 2003.); Cruise je "samo" bio triput nominiran ("Rođen 4. srpnja", "Jerry Maguire", "Magnolija").
