Minimalna reklama prati novi hrvatski film u kinima. "Razgovor" režisera i scenarista Dominika Sedlara, koji je producirao njegov otac Jakov, dodan je na redovni program hrvatskih kina u pretposljednji tren i našao se u sekciji "najave filmova" nekih dva tjedna prije najavljene za 28. travnja.

Otad do početka distribucije za "Razgovor" se takoreći čulo samo kad je bila svečana premijera u Zagrebu. Od reklame na televiziji ni "r". Utoliko, projekt Sedlarovih ostao je u sjeni filmova koji su kretali 28. travnja, "Nepodnošljive težine golemog talenta" i "Downton Abbeyja 2".

U prvom, produženom vikendu prikazivanja (četvrtak – nedjelja) "Razgovor" je "poslušalo" 745 gledatelja i zaradio je 28.647 kuna, a o filmu se baš i ne razgovara u javnosti, iako je stvoren za to zahvaljujući filmovanju prvog i jedinog razgovora ključnih osoba jugoslavenske i hrvatske povijesti Josipa Broza Tita i Alojzija Stepinca iz lipnja 1945. godine. Maršal Tito i nadbiskup Stepinac, postavljeni na crno-bijelom plakatu s crvenom zvijezdom i križem u oku, već su se našli u naslovu jednog filma Sedlara starijeg. Engleski naslov tog filma iz 2017. bio je "Stepinac, Tito and Mother Fuckers", hrvatski, pak, "Svetac, Zločinac i dvorske lude".

Srećom, "Razgovor" je nešto bolji od spomenutog (dokumentarnog) uratka, kao i većine radova s potpisom dvojice Sedlara koji su 2004. korežirali "Jeruzalemski sindrom". No, iz hrvatskog naslova dokumentarca "Svetac, Zločinac i dvorske lude" jasna je politička i svjetonazorska (desna) pozicija Sedlarovih s koje pristupaju "Razgovoru", odnosno nije teško pogoditi na čijoj su strani tijekom razgovora Stepinca i Tita.

Nastavno na to, teško i da je koincidencija što je film stigao u kina netom prije obljetnica Titove smrti (4. svibnja 1980.) i Stepinčeva rođenja (8. svibnja 1898.). Svakako, "Razgovor" je prepoznatljivo film Sedlara, vidljivo i po angažmanu stranih glumaca u krucijalnim ulogama.

Nakon Martina Sheena, Armanda Assantea, Franca Nera..., uloge su ovaj put pripale danskom i britanskom glumcu Casparu Phillipsonu (Tito) i Dylanu Turneru (Stepinac). Phillipson je glumio u prijašnjem filmu Sedlara mlađeg "The Match", ali i u "Jackie" Pabla Larraina, utjelovivši Johna Fitzgeralda Kennedyja, dok se Turner pojavio u hit-mjuziklu "Mamma Mia".

Casting stranih glumaca dvosjekli je mač i dovodi do nekih logičkih grešaka, uz povijesne greške počinjene pod izlikom umjetničke slobode (npr. predsjednik nove vlade Vladimir Bakarić bio je prisutan na razgovoru). Tako, Stepinčeva nekadašnja zaručnica Marija Horvat, u tumačenju Doris Pinčić, ispisuje pismo na hrvatskom jeziku "Dragi moj Alojzije...", a u filmu se govori na engleskom, na kojem Tito piše nekoliko riječi, za razliku od nje.

Engleski sprječava potencijalnu glumačku teatralnost svojstvenu hrvatskom jeziku, do čega bi moguće došlo da je netko od domaćih glumaca dobio glavne uloge, vidljivo prema sapuničastom segmentu sa Stepinčevom zaručnicom ne samo zbog zvijezde "Larina izbora", a računajući i kazališnu mizanscenu filma gotovo u potpunosti smještenu u interijere Titove zagrebačke rezidencije, protiv koje se Sedlar i njegov direktor fotografije Davor Bjelanović ("Ufuraj se i pukni") bore povremeno netipičnim položajima kamere.

S druge strane, Phillipson nije kalibar Richarda Burtona (Tito u "Sutjesci") i međunarodni glumci ne osjećaju i ne propituju ono što govore, koliko god dijaloge izgovarali mahom uvjerljivo i u konačnici korektno odradili posao. A govore štošta tijekom 109 minuta filma, predstavljajući suprotne ideologije, oslikane i u pogledu na krilaticu "Bog i Hrvati", što je za Tita "zgodna uspavanka", a za Stepinca "podsjetnik da je On na našoj strani".

Dotiču se Tito i Stepinac svega kao ljudi koji "drže ključeve kako će ova zemlja ići dalje", Jugoslavije ("Zajedno možemo biti jači, to je svrha"), NDH i "onog bijednog ustaškog vođe" Pavelića, Jasenovca ("sramota za sve Hrvate"), Katoličke crkve ("svjetionik nade u najmračnijim danima") i religije ("opijum za mase"), komunizma ("jednakost i briga za druge"), Oktobarske revolucije ("iznjedrit će sretniji svjetski poredak") i ove regije ("ostaje bure baruta").

Pritom, film se nedvosmisleno priklanja Stepincu, čija je "odvažnost vjere nepotkupljiva", ali Tito, ironično, u konačnici ispada dojmljiviji lik, zasigurno i zato što je Phillipson bolji glumac od Turnera. Sedlar doskače tome dokumentarnim epilogom i isticanjem da je Tito izravno odgovoran za progon Stepinca, a "Razgovor" zaključuje Staljinovim citatom kojim se film i otvara. "Smrt rješava sve probleme. Nema čovjeka, nema problema..."

Prvi hrvatski film nakon četiri i pol mjeseca

"Razgovor" je prvi hrvatski film u široj kinodistribuciji, distribuiran s ne manje od 20-ak kopija, nakon četiri i pol mjeseca, odnosno punih pet, koliko je prošlo otkako su u kina krenuli "Po tamburi" i "Zbornica".

Minimalna reklama prati novi hrvatski film u kinima. "Razgovor" režisera i scenarista Dominika Sedlara, koji je producirao njegov otac Jakov, dodan je na redovni program hrvatskih kina u pretposljednji tren i našao se u sekciji "najave filmova" nekih dva tjedna prije najavljene za 28. travnja.

Otad do početka distribucije za "Razgovor" se takoreći čulo samo kad je bila svečana premijera u Zagrebu. Od reklame na televiziji ni "r". Utoliko, projekt Sedlarovih ostao je u sjeni filmova koji su kretali 28. travnja, "Nepodnošljive težine golemog talenta" i "Downton Abbeyja 2".

U prvom, produženom vikendu prikazivanja (četvrtak – nedjelja) "Razgovor" je "poslušalo" 745 gledatelja i zaradio je 28.647 kuna, a o filmu se baš i ne razgovara u javnosti, iako je stvoren za to zahvaljujući filmovanju prvog i jedinog razgovora ključnih osoba jugoslavenske i hrvatske povijesti Josipa Broza Tita i Alojzija Stepinca iz lipnja 1945. godine. Maršal Tito i nadbiskup Stepinac, postavljeni na crno-bijelom plakatu s crvenom zvijezdom i križem u oku, već su se našli u naslovu jednog filma Sedlara starijeg. Engleski naslov tog filma iz 2017. bio je "Stepinac, Tito and Mother Fuckers", hrvatski, pak, "Svetac, Zločinac i dvorske lude".

Srećom, "Razgovor" je nešto bolji od spomenutog (dokumentarnog) uratka, kao i većine radova s potpisom dvojice Sedlara koji su 2004. korežirali "Jeruzalemski sindrom". No, iz hrvatskog naslova dokumentarca "Svetac, Zločinac i dvorske lude" jasna je politička i svjetonazorska (desna) pozicija Sedlarovih s koje pristupaju "Razgovoru", odnosno nije teško pogoditi na čijoj su strani tijekom razgovora Stepinca i Tita.

Nastavno na to, teško i da je koincidencija što je film stigao u kina netom prije obljetnica Titove smrti (4. svibnja 1980.) i Stepinčeva rođenja (8. svibnja 1898.). Svakako, "Razgovor" je prepoznatljivo film Sedlara, vidljivo i po angažmanu stranih glumaca u krucijalnim ulogama.

Nakon Martina Sheena, Armanda Assantea, Franca Nera..., uloge su ovaj put pripale danskom i britanskom glumcu Casparu Phillipsonu (Tito) i Dylanu Turneru (Stepinac). Phillipson je glumio u prijašnjem filmu Sedlara mlađeg "The Match", ali i u "Jackie" Pabla Larraina, utjelovivši Johna Fitzgeralda Kennedyja, dok se Turner pojavio u hit-mjuziklu "Mamma Mia".

Casting stranih glumaca dvosjekli je mač i dovodi do nekih logičkih grešaka, uz povijesne greške počinjene pod izlikom umjetničke slobode (npr. predsjednik nove vlade Vladimir Bakarić bio je prisutan na razgovoru). Tako, Stepinčeva nekadašnja zaručnica Marija Horvat, u tumačenju Doris Pinčić, ispisuje pismo na hrvatskom jeziku "Dragi moj Alojzije...", a u filmu se govori na engleskom, na kojem Tito piše nekoliko riječi, za razliku od nje.

Engleski sprječava potencijalnu glumačku teatralnost svojstvenu hrvatskom jeziku, do čega bi moguće došlo da je netko od domaćih glumaca dobio glavne uloge, vidljivo prema sapuničastom segmentu sa Stepinčevom zaručnicom ne samo zbog zvijezde "Larina izbora", a računajući i kazališnu mizanscenu filma gotovo u potpunosti smještenu u interijere Titove zagrebačke rezidencije, protiv koje se Sedlar i njegov direktor fotografije Davor Bjelanović ("Ufuraj se i pukni") bore povremeno netipičnim položajima kamere.

S druge strane, Phillipson nije kalibar Richarda Burtona (Tito u "Sutjesci") i međunarodni glumci ne osjećaju i ne propituju ono što govore, koliko god dijaloge izgovarali mahom uvjerljivo i u konačnici korektno odradili posao. A govore štošta tijekom 109 minuta filma, predstavljajući suprotne ideologije, oslikane i u pogledu na krilaticu "Bog i Hrvati", što je za Tita "zgodna uspavanka", a za Stepinca "podsjetnik da je On na našoj strani".

Dotiču se Tito i Stepinac svega kao ljudi koji "drže ključeve kako će ova zemlja ići dalje", Jugoslavije ("Zajedno možemo biti jači, to je svrha"), NDH i "onog bijednog ustaškog vođe" Pavelića, Jasenovca ("sramota za sve Hrvate"), Katoličke crkve ("svjetionik nade u najmračnijim danima") i religije ("opijum za mase"), komunizma ("jednakost i briga za druge"), Oktobarske revolucije ("iznjedrit će sretniji svjetski poredak") i ove regije ("ostaje bure baruta").

Pritom, film se nedvosmisleno priklanja Stepincu, čija je "odvažnost vjere nepotkupljiva", ali Tito, ironično, u konačnici ispada dojmljiviji lik, zasigurno i zato što je Phillipson bolji glumac od Turnera. Sedlar doskače tome dokumentarnim epilogom i isticanjem da je Tito izravno odgovoran za progon Stepinca, a "Razgovor" zaključuje Staljinovim citatom kojim se film i otvara. "Smrt rješava sve probleme. Nema čovjeka, nema problema..."

Prvi hrvatski film nakon četiri i pol mjeseca

"Razgovor" je prvi hrvatski film u široj kinodistribuciji, distribuiran s ne manje od 20-ak kopija, nakon četiri i pol mjeseca, odnosno punih pet, koliko je prošlo otkako su u kina krenuli "Po tamburi" i "Zbornica".
