Nakon gotovo rekordnog trajanja natječaja, točno godinu i tri mjeseca nakon raspisivanja, otvoreno je pet pristiglih ponuda za izgradnju cestovnog tunela kroz Kozjak, dugog 2,5 kilometara, te 4,3 kilometra duge ceste prema Jadranskoj magistrali u Kaštelima, ali bez spoja na tu državnu prometnicu.

Za posao procijenjene vrijednosti 781 milijun kuna ili tek nešto manje od 105 milijuna eura, što je ravno cijeni trećine Pelješkog mosta, javile su se redom inozemne kompanije, tek jedna i posredstvom svoje hrvatske tvrtke. Najnižu ponudu, gotovo 12 milijuna eura ispod tražene cijene, dostavila je tvrtka "China Road and Bridge Corporation", poznata po gradnji Pelješkog mosta.

Slijedeća po vrijednosti je zajednička prijava austrijskog i hrvatskog "Strabaga", oni su za svoje potencijalne radove istaknuli cijenu od 109 milijuna eura, dok su tri preostale ponude znatno više od spomenutih.

Naime, kineska kompanija "Sinohydro Corporation" sa svojim tvrtkama-kćerima javila se za pozao s cijenom od gotovo 142 milijuna kuna, turski "Yapi Merkezi" u ponudi je naveo iznos tek nešto viši od 142 milijuna eura, dok su španjolske kompanije "Comsa" i "Nortunel" u zajedničkoj ponudi istaknule cijenu od gotovo 149 milijuna eura.

Planiranim zahvatom, podsjetimo, nije obuhvaćen sjeverni spoj autocestovnog čvora u Vučevici s budućim tunelom, jer je taj projekt, nakon zasebnog natječaja za izgradnju ceste duge 400 metara, još tijekom pretprošle jeseni povjeren tvrtki "Euro-Asfalt" iz Rajlovca kod Sarajeva (BiH), po cijeni od gotovo 4,3 milijuna eura.

Kako je prilikom otvaranja cijelog postupka, potkraj 2021. godine, pisala naša kolegica Jadranka Matić, tunel "Kozjak" je projektiran kao jednocjevni s dvosmjernim prometom, te sa servisnom cijevi.

Svaki od prometnih trakova bit će širok 3,25 metara, pri čemu će na razmaku od 35 metara, usporedno s glavnim kolnikom, biti servisni tunel sa širinom voznog traka od 3,5 metra i s obostranim pješačkim stazama.

Zahtjevna će biti izgradnja i dijelova trase spojne ceste od čvora Vučevica na Dalmatini prema tunelu i dalje prema Magistrali. Tu će biti dva vijadukta: "Vlačine", dug 151,5 metara i širok 15,6 metara, te "Gaj", dug 225 metara i širok 14,35 metara.

Planirana su i tri nadvožnjaka: "Nakide 1", raspona 23 metra i širine 11,6 metara, "Nakide 2" s rasponom od 17,2 metra i širinom od sedam metara, te "Sibovica", raspona 18,5 metara i širine sedam metara. Projektom su predviđena još i dva prolaza (propusta), te planinarski nathodnik, kao i zidovi za zaštitu od buke.

Nakon gotovo rekordnog trajanja natječaja, točno godinu i tri mjeseca nakon raspisivanja, otvoreno je pet pristiglih ponuda za izgradnju cestovnog tunela kroz Kozjak, dugog 2,5 kilometara, te 4,3 kilometra duge ceste prema Jadranskoj magistrali u Kaštelima, ali bez spoja na tu državnu prometnicu.

Za posao procijenjene vrijednosti 781 milijun kuna ili tek nešto manje od 105 milijuna eura, što je ravno cijeni trećine Pelješkog mosta, javile su se redom inozemne kompanije, tek jedna i posredstvom svoje hrvatske tvrtke. Najnižu ponudu, gotovo 12 milijuna eura ispod tražene cijene, dostavila je tvrtka "China Road and Bridge Corporation", poznata po gradnji Pelješkog mosta.

Slijedeća po vrijednosti je zajednička prijava austrijskog i hrvatskog "Strabaga", oni su za svoje potencijalne radove istaknuli cijenu od 109 milijuna eura, dok su tri preostale ponude znatno više od spomenutih.

Naime, kineska kompanija "Sinohydro Corporation" sa svojim tvrtkama-kćerima javila se za pozao s cijenom od gotovo 142 milijuna kuna, turski "Yapi Merkezi" u ponudi je naveo iznos tek nešto viši od 142 milijuna eura, dok su španjolske kompanije "Comsa" i "Nortunel" u zajedničkoj ponudi istaknule cijenu od gotovo 149 milijuna eura.

Planiranim zahvatom, podsjetimo, nije obuhvaćen sjeverni spoj autocestovnog čvora u Vučevici s budućim tunelom, jer je taj projekt, nakon zasebnog natječaja za izgradnju ceste duge 400 metara, još tijekom pretprošle jeseni povjeren tvrtki "Euro-Asfalt" iz Rajlovca kod Sarajeva (BiH), po cijeni od gotovo 4,3 milijuna eura.

Kako je prilikom otvaranja cijelog postupka, potkraj 2021. godine, pisala naša kolegica Jadranka Matić, tunel "Kozjak" je projektiran kao jednocjevni s dvosmjernim prometom, te sa servisnom cijevi.

Svaki od prometnih trakova bit će širok 3,25 metara, pri čemu će na razmaku od 35 metara, usporedno s glavnim kolnikom, biti servisni tunel sa širinom voznog traka od 3,5 metra i s obostranim pješačkim stazama.

Zahtjevna će biti izgradnja i dijelova trase spojne ceste od čvora Vučevica na Dalmatini prema tunelu i dalje prema Magistrali. Tu će biti dva vijadukta: "Vlačine", dug 151,5 metara i širok 15,6 metara, te "Gaj", dug 225 metara i širok 14,35 metara.

Planirana su i tri nadvožnjaka: "Nakide 1", raspona 23 metra i širine 11,6 metara, "Nakide 2" s rasponom od 17,2 metra i širinom od sedam metara, te "Sibovica", raspona 18,5 metara i širine sedam metara. Projektom su predviđena još i dva prolaza (propusta), te planinarski nathodnik, kao i zidovi za zaštitu od buke.

Tunel Kozjak od 105 milijuna € i spoj prema Splitu žele graditi Kinezi s Pelješkog mosta i još četiri moćne kompanije

Nakon gotovo rekordnog trajanja natječaja, točno godinu i tri mjeseca nakon raspisivanja, otvoreno je pet pristiglih ponuda za izgradnju cestovnog tunela kroz Kozjak, dugog 2,5 kilometara, te 4,3 kilometra duge ceste prema Jadranskoj magistrali u Kaštelima, ali bez spoja na tu državnu prometnicu.

Za posao procijenjene vrijednosti 781 milijun kuna ili tek nešto manje od 105 milijuna eura, što je ravno cijeni trećine Pelješkog mosta, javile su se redom inozemne kompanije, tek jedna i posredstvom svoje hrvatske tvrtke. Najnižu ponudu, gotovo 12 milijuna eura ispod tražene cijene, dostavila je tvrtka "China Road and Bridge Corporation", poznata po gradnji Pelješkog mosta.

Slijedeća po vrijednosti je zajednička prijava austrijskog i hrvatskog "Strabaga", oni su za svoje potencijalne...
