Ugledna nekretninska agencija Sotheby's, specijalizirana za promet luksuznim nekretninama, ali i ostalim robama diljem svijeta, na svojim stranicama ima i bogatu ponudu vila iz Hrvatske.

Najskuplje nekretnine, golema zdanja, s više luksuznih spavaćih soba, velikim dnevnim boravcima, prostranim terasama, bazenima, često i s vinskim podrumima, uglavnom se nalaze na jugu zemlje, no na listi najskupljih našle su se i one iz Istrre.

Za ovaj tekst izdvojili smo pet najskupljih zdanja, cijene po kojima se nude definitivno nisu za svakoga.

Prvo mjesto zauzela je vila u blizini Dubrovnika, a cijena joj iznosi paprenih četiri milijuna eura.

Villa Sea Breeze, opisuju je na stranici, impozantna je novoizgrađena vila s pomoćnim objektom, smještena je na malom otoku dubrovačkog arhipelaga, na kojem nema nema automobila što osigurava apsolutni mir i tišinu.

Položena je na parceli od 1.350 m2 i ističe se svojom pozicijom prvi red do mora. Ova luksuzna vila s bazenom skladnog dizajna kojim dominira bijeli kamen, prostire se na 345 m2 stambene površine raspoređenih na dvije etaže. Fotografije vile možete pogledat OVDJE.

Drugo mjesto dijele dvije vile na Braču, obje se prodaju za 3,8 milijuna eura. Prva je Vila Violet koja se nalazi u Povljima, smještena je u drugom redu do mora na parceli od 4.100 m2, a sama površina kuće iznosi 445 m2. Nekretnina se, navode na stranici, sastoji od glavne kuće, apartmana i wellnessa, a njezine fotografije možete pogledati OVDJE.

Drugi luksuzni brački objekt zove se Vila Unica, smještena je na jugozapadnom dijelu otoka Brača, a na stranici se navodi kako je okružena gustom borovom šumom i pruža apsolutnu privatnost iako se nalazi uz samu obalu. Izgrađena je na velikoj parceli od 12.600 m2, a ukupna stambena površina iznosi 510 m2. Zbog konfiguracije parcele, nekretnina se sastoji od visokog i niskog prizemlja, a fotografije Vile Unice dostupne su OVDJE.

Četvrto i peto mjesto, po prodajnoj cijeni, dijele objekti na Braču i pokraj Medulina, za njih se traži po 3,5 milijuna eura.

Dvije bračke vile u izgradnji, nazvane Aurinesse, prodaju se zajedno po toj cijeni. Grade se, kako stoji na hrvatskoj stranici agencije Sotheby's, na prestižnoj lokaciji u Bolu, na zemljištu površine 2000 kvadrata. Donja ima stambenu površinu od 450 m2 na tri etaže, a gornja se gradi na površini od 400 m2  i također ćer imati tri etaže. I na kraju predstavljamo tradicionalno istarsko Imanje Grandioso za koje se također traži 3,5 milijuna eura. Smješteno je na gotovo 8000 kvadratnih metara zemljišta, na vrhu brdašca nedaleko od Motovuna i okruženo je vinogradima i zelenilom. Nalazi se u mirnom selu i sastoji se od glavne kamene zgrade i dvije manje, a na stranici se navodi i kako je sve besprijekorno renovirano. Fotografije možete pogledati OVDJE.

Ugledna nekretninska agencija Sotheby's, specijalizirana za promet luksuznim nekretninama, ali i ostalim robama diljem svijeta, na svojim stranicama ima i bogatu ponudu vila iz Hrvatske.

Najskuplje nekretnine, golema zdanja, s više luksuznih spavaćih soba, velikim dnevnim boravcima, prostranim terasama, bazenima, često i s vinskim podrumima, uglavnom se nalaze na jugu zemlje, no na listi najskupljih našle su se i one iz Istrre.

Za ovaj tekst izdvojili smo pet najskupljih zdanja, cijene po kojima se nude definitivno nisu za svakoga.

Prvo mjesto zauzela je vila u blizini Dubrovnika, a cijena joj iznosi paprenih četiri milijuna eura.

Villa Sea Breeze, opisuju je na stranici, impozantna je novoizgrađena vila s pomoćnim objektom, smještena je na malom otoku dubrovačkog arhipelaga, na kojem nema nema automobila što osigurava apsolutni mir i tišinu.

Položena je na parceli od 1.350 m2 i ističe se svojom pozicijom prvi red do mora. Ova luksuzna vila s bazenom skladnog dizajna kojim dominira bijeli kamen, prostire se na 345 m2 stambene površine raspoređenih na dvije etaže. Fotografije vile možete pogledat OVDJE.

Drugo mjesto dijele dvije vile na Braču, obje se prodaju za 3,8 milijuna eura. Prva je Vila Violet koja se nalazi u Povljima, smještena je u drugom redu do mora na parceli od 4.100 m2, a sama površina kuće iznosi 445 m2. Nekretnina se, navode na stranici, sastoji od glavne kuće, apartmana i wellnessa, a njezine fotografije možete pogledati OVDJE.

Drugi luksuzni brački objekt zove se Vila Unica, smještena je na jugozapadnom dijelu otoka Brača, a na stranici se navodi kako je okružena gustom borovom šumom i pruža apsolutnu privatnost iako se nalazi uz samu obalu. Izgrađena je na velikoj parceli od 12.600 m2, a ukupna stambena površina iznosi 510 m2. Četvrto i peto mjesto, po prodajnoj cijeni, dijele objekti na Braču i pokraj Medulina, za njih se traži po 3,5 milijuna eura.

Dvije bračke vile u izgradnji, nazvane Aurinesse, prodaju se zajedno po toj cijeni. Grade se, kako stoji na hrvatskoj stranici agencije Sotheby's, na prestižnoj lokaciji u Bolu, na zemljištu površine 2000 kvadrata. Donja ima stambenu površinu od 450 m2 na tri etaže, a gornja se gradi na površini od 400 m2  i također ćer imati tri etaže. I na kraju predstavljamo tradicionalno istarsko Imanje Grandioso za koje se također traži 3,5 milijuna eura. Smješteno je na gotovo 8000 kvadratnih metara zemljišta, na vrhu brdašca nedaleko od Motovuna i okruženo je vinogradima i zelenilom. Nalazi se u mirnom selu i sastoji se od glavne kamene zgrade i dvije manje, a na stranici se navodi i kako je sve besprijekorno renovirano. Fotografije možete pogledati OVDJE.

Ugledna nekretninska agencija Sotheby's, specijalizirana za promet luksuznim nekretninama, ali i ostalim robama diljem svijeta, na svojim stranicama ima i bogatu ponudu vila iz Hrvatske.

Najskuplje nekretnine, golema zdanja, s više luksuznih spavaćih soba, velikim dnevnim boravcima, prostranim terasama, bazenima, često i s vinskim podrumima, uglavnom se nalaze na jugu zemlje, no na listi najskupljih našle su se i one iz Istrre.

Za ovaj tekst izdvojili smo pet najskupljih zdanja, cijene po kojima se nude definitivno nisu za svakoga.

Prvo mjesto zauzela je vila u blizini Dubrovnika, a cijena joj iznosi paprenih četiri milijuna eura.
